FABRICATION, SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SUB-SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR OFFSHORE LIDAR AT ZONE B2 AT GULF OF KHAMBAT, OFF GUJARAT COAST

Fabrication of fixed type steel support structure (Mono-pile) for offshore LiDAR. All the structural steel should be rolled section and plates confirming to IS 226-1975 and IS 2062-2010, the welding should be confirmed to IS 816-1969. Approved drawings will be supplied by ESSO-NIWE.

Mobilization and demobilization (transport of Sub-structure, platform, equipment etc.) includes installation of the platform and the equipment.

Driving of monopile and installation of platform at the specified location using suitable marine spread

Supplying, handling, transporting and fixing in position of Suitable fender with anchor bolts, U hooks, Chains, necessary welding with deck reinforcement steel and necessary coal tar painting (wherever required) including all materials, labor, consumable items, machineries, tools, tackles, transportation etc.

Suitable primer and protective coating should be provided as per NACE/ DNV or equivalent standards should be applied for the entire structure including all cost of all men and machinery and painting consumable to complete

Appropriate quantity of cathodic protection at suitable locations.

Supply, testing and fixing of jib crane as per specification stated in the tender

Provision of boat for periodically monitoring the DATA and Maintenance activities from the nearest port to Offshore structure as mentioned in the scope payment will be made based on the operation of boats
