M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as per serial item No.1 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.5 meter and not exceeding 3 meter.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering as per requirement and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying & stretching the cable and punning down to form a bed to a minimum 23cm, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified in 19.75 of SSR Part-I of 2009.

Supply and laying of reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat , size 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation of poles filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles/ coping, stay etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20 cm size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire wih 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a lengh of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clammped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing switch Air break Gang Operated Switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple poles 400 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechnically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangement with 12 insulators with drop out fuses complete all as per specified and directed. (Note: Clamps/cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule).

M&L for HT lightening arrestor metal oxide type (Gapless) for outdoor use heavy duty single pole suitable for system voltage of 12 KV and working rated arrestor voltage of 9 KV with normal discharge current of 10 KA all as per IEC 99.4 effectively earthed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground leve,l connected to galvanized iron earth lead 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth wire proctected by the provision of medium grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore including provision of concreete pit in PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mmX 6 mm and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt around all sides of earth plate filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to an instructed distance by Engr-in-charge, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR part I of 2009 and connecting to existing earth test point, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All joints either strip to strip or strip to earth plate are fixed with welded joints.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and directed.
