EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix usin 40 mm HBG metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing laying,curing etc complete.

Fillling in basement with Excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick,well rammed, watered and compacted, complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOSKS. STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specfication.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using second class country bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost).

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Providing Granolithic floor finish with CC 1:2:4 using 10-12mm hbg jelly 25mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Iron works for trusses (MS Steel plates or sheets BG10/ Mild steel angles 25x25x3 mm) and including labour charges etc.,
