Dismantling of HT concrete pole including earthing and depositing in low line area complete all as specified and directed

Disconecting Electric supply, taking down the HT cables carefuly of any size from HT PCC pole and reconected to RMU complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary excavation, earth work, sand , PCC covers, cable jointing Kit etc should be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

Supply and installation , testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21 KA/3 sec outdoor type Ring main unit IP 54 protection plug in type extensible on one side SF 6 gas insulated one incoming and two outgoing (3 way ) with metering plate form mounted compact switch gear consisting of 01 Nos load break switch as incommer and 02 Nos outgoing VCBs , all live parts, bus bars VCB will be enclosed in robotically welded minimum 2.5 mm thick stainless steel tank filled with SF 6 gas IP 67 Degree of protection and tested for internal arc 20 KA/1 sec as per latest IEC 62271-200 complete installed on plateform as recommended by OEM, including the cost of PCC foundation for placing of RMU on plinth complete all as specified and directed. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site complete all as specified & as directed. ( Location :- ESD-2, 226 Supply Depot, MNS MD Accn,Near DGBR OTM, 505 Unit line and near Kirby place area - 01 Nos)

(A) Incoming Load Break Module - 01 Nos each switching unit shall be designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch disconnector and earthing switch cables switch 12 KV, 630 Amp, 21 KA - 01 Set. Snap action mechanism for motorised and manual(Both) operation with integrated earthing switch - 01 Nos. Cable bushing 630 Amp standard C bushing - 01. Fault passage indicator, On(N-1) load break switch where n= no of load break switch >>s/c & E/F FPI with digital display to be added for detection of cable fault. ON, OFF, EARTH mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01. Digital multifuction meter.. ON, OFF, TRIP mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01. (B) (i) Out going VCBs - 02 Nos consisting of following - function unit consist of vaccum circuit breaker in combination with a three position switch. The three position switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector function and earthing function circuits breaker unit is equipped with an current transformer for the protection of distribution Transformer/circuit vaccum circuit breaker 12 KV, not less than 630 A, 21 KA - 01. Spring assisted closing with stored Energy triping mechanism for motorised operation with integrated earthing switch - 01. live cable LED indicators thrugh capacitor voltage dividers mounted on the bushings push button for breaker trip - 01 sec O/C + E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and High set for Over current and earth fault Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also current also relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping - 01 Alaram trip indication 6 window annunciator for transformer faults Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH indication -01. (ii) Auxliary contacts on load switch are 1 No+2NC & Auxiliary on earth switch is 1 No+ 1NC-01. Self powered electronic numerical protection relay providing 3 over-currents & 1 E/F protection - 01, shunt trip coil 24 V DC-01 capactive voltage indication fixed type LED display -01 ON/OFF/Trip mechanical indication on the front mimic of panel-01 cable box for termination boots-01. Metering Equipment incl. Digital multifunction meter, Auxliary relay for transformer protection -02 Nos.

(C) Additional equipment deliverd separately or mounted seperatly, Bus connected with battery charger and inbuilt battries for motor power supply-01 (i) PT ratio 11KV/3/110/v3, 100 va, 0.5 class for measurement with volts meter(ii) Auxliary transformer of 11KV/230V, 1 KVA for powering the motors and battery charger (iii ) 24 V DC battery charger and battries for motor power supply. Standard mano meter -01, Operating handle - 02 , cable clamping provision(standard)-01 Operation and maintance manual - o1, installation and commissioning manual - 01, cost of PCC works for placing RMU on plinth is deemed to be included in the cost, Height of plinth as per OEM Specification. NOTE :- (a)The above module consisting of one Load break Switch and 02 VCBs shall be alligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms including installation on plateform as recommended by OEM complete. (b) Cost of provn of plinth for RMU as per OEM drawing is deemed to be included in the cost

Supplying, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches /under road/ ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide & not exceeding 1.5 meters in depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable all as specified. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Supply and laying factory made non-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type-I with size 300mmx180mmx40mm all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in each layer of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3.5 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provisions of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate and testing on completion complete all as specified, directed and shown in Electrical Plate number 3 of MES SSR Part-I-(2009) NOTES : The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle, 40 mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/Sq metre. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead (e)Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal in alternate layers completely packed as directed (f) Testing of earthing on completion.

S&F 4 mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh, made upto into mattress or cages appx 2.0 mtr height and fixed with flate iron/angle by welding in position and directed including complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS angle, MS flate, Nuts, Bolts and washer will be measured and paid sepretly.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work of angles for post and struts of fencing around transformer plinth etc drilling holes, flate iron fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in door/ gate of angle and wire mess. Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement complete all as specified including dismantling of old unserviciable MS work.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for sub floors, sub-bases, floors, foundation and paving etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plane exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed including dismantling of old unservicable brick work.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass in foundation,including pilasters, buttresses columns,pillars,boundary pillars and posts etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for coarse aggregate filling using stone gravels, rounded, of size n exc. 43 mm suitable to site, in the area covered by four pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick Masonry ( Using sub class 'B' Brick) platform of size 2m x 2m x 1 m hight , built in CM 1:4 complete with excavation & earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation , sub class 'B' brick work in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on sides and top of the brick work , upto 150 mm below ground level , supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS Chennels of suitable size for balancing of Transformer embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 up to 100 mm Thick RCC 1:3:6 with 10 mm steel bar includding 20 mm graded aggregate , including provn of stair case on one side complete all as specified and directed .

NOTE :-(i)contractor should provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge.
