M&L for excavating in post holes ( or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil, each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron work as in fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of strands rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3 or 4mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 75mm x 75mm fixed with string bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron fillets work as in fencing including drilling holes, notching for wire etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in fencing rod of 10mm dia. round bars including hooking/ welding in fencing mesh and welding etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild screw bolts diameter of neck 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut ,exc 10 but n. exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed.(each line wire to be measured and paid)

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in natural ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type including rods, bolts complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shaft, cesspits, manholes etc. not exc. 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mas concete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose.

Removing excavated material soils n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Dismantling of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall as in sides of drain and upper band of drain with bricks laid on edge, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 19 above but except bricks. (old serviceable bricks obtained from item No.16 shall be used)

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing in CM 1:3 to bricks laid flat with raking out existing joints and new joints complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plaster with water proofing compound shall be carried out for external plaster to buildings as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge. WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron and mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including eighe hookds and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete Gde Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric n. exc 4 kg per Sqm complete to wood or steel member complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel painting on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described over a priming coat of red oxide including prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) , removing rubbish off the premises.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick scred bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles thick, etc on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc 300mm x 200mm x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering plaster in CM 1:4 on brick surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and any other description and in any position, disposing the rubbish to a distance outside of cantt premises to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/ floor finishing fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor to raise level only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning including demolition of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles coloured 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment complete in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing tiles and screed complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in kerbs, stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, water trought and the like including weathering slightly rounded and threatig including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete in cover slab for manhole, drain and connected works 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, spirally for hooping for colmns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securig with clip complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite work 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window cills, cooking platforms, stair case and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including demolition of existing marble and screed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stainless steel railing work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified & directed.

S & F for stainless steel heavy duty chain (Grade 304) with 8 mm snap hook complete all as specified & directed.

S&F vitrified ceramic coloured tiles polished 10mm thick, size 200mm x 1200mm in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing tiles and screed complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kajaria Manhattan teak premium or equivalent of makes as pert Appx. 'B' as approved by GE.

Demolition and breaking up 200 mm drain pipes (SGSW/ AC/ reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and taking out from trenches.

M&L reinforced concrete drain pipes class NP3 200mm bore laid and jointed pipes level or to falls in trenches, on concrete bed and all necessary extra joints, waste and cutting complete with collars as specified and directed.

M&L for 15cm PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as concrete bed, width of concrete bedding shall extend laterally 15 cm beyond either side of the outer dia of pipe laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under, and haunching against the sides of SGSW/ reinforced concrete drain pipes NP3 200mm bore, after the pipes have been laid and tested include for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4( 12.5 mm graded stoner aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and set in mortar CM 1:4 including demolition of existing complete all as specified & directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
