Earth work in excavation of all kinds of soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated soil clear of work site with all leads, lifts, delifts including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, labour welfare cess etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling foundation & Plinth with excavated materials including watering & rammed with all labour, T&P, taxes and cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with good quality sand including watering and ramming to required thickness with cost, carriage, royality with EMF,DMF,Additional Charges and all other taxes, T & P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete in cement mortar (1:2:4) with 20mm and downgraded size hard granite crusher broken stone chips and good quality of sharp, clean river sand including cost, carriage, royalty with EMF,DMF,Additional Charges and taxes of all materials, watering and curing, dewatering of concrete area, if necessary, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Laterite stone masonary in C.M ( 1 : 4 ) in foundation and plinth including cost, carriage, royalty with EMF,DMF,Additional Charges and taxes of all materials and curing upto required period etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laterite stone masonary in C.M ( 1 : 4 ) in super structure including cost, carriage, royalty with EMF,DMF,Additional Charges and taxes of all materials and curing upto required period etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:4) over stone masonary including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty with EMF,DMF,Additional Charges and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement flush pointing (1:3) over stone masonry including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty with EMF,DMF,Additional Charges and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete in cement mortar (1:1.5:3) with 12mm size hard granite crusher broken stone chips and good quality of sharp, clean river sand including cost, carriage, royalty with EMF,DMF,Additional Charges and taxes of all materials, watering and curing, dewatering of concrete area, if necessary, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Earth work in all kind of soil by mechanical means with all leads, lifts & delifts including loading into transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles & depositing the same on properly prepared and scientificaly approved surface including rough dressing & breaking clods to a maximum 5cm to 7cm in size including removal of roots, bushes,other deleterious materials from transported earth with all cost, carriage, royalty, DMF, EMF, Labour cess and laying in layers not exceding 0.30m. in depth & levelling the earthen embankments for all heights etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Earth will be arranged by contractor at his own risk .)
