Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting(two coats) with plastic emulsion paint & approved brand & manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping & other foreign matter and sand paper smooth including applying putting a required for making the surface complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

TABLE TOP(Steel case/Haworth/Godrej/Space wood make): It shall be fabricated out of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board of Interior grade as per IS:12823 The top shall have straight edging with PVC edge band 1.00 mm from front, rear side and Gable end side. The top shall be supported by a frame fabricated out of M.S. bracket of 14' gauge CRCA sheet (black powder coated finish) for additional strength and frame work. Partition Systems:- Providing and fixing of Frame & Tile System of 60mm thick of 1200mm high factory made finely tolerance partition. The partitions framework shall have horizontal and vertical anodized Aluminum sections of 1.2 to 1.5mm thickness. The frame work is joined together horizontally and vertically with help of aluminum die cast connectors of 5mm thickness. Connector is fitted with A-pole with the help of M6x16 pan-head machine screw and washer. The corner & tops are concealed by post cover which is of different anodized aluminum profiles. All 2way,3way and 4 ways junction is covered with Die cast aluminum caps .Wire Management :The rectangular slots for wires on the upright is 60mmhigh by 23mm width ,1 no at the bottom and 6 nos at the intermediate level where in each slot can allow 9 power cable of dia 10 or 32 data cable of dia 6. The bottom horizontal would also have 2 slots for carrying wires, which are of size 60mm (L) x23mm (W) for wire carrying .Raceways of 120mm high made up of anodized aluminum is provided at skirting and above/below the worktop. Tiles: The frame work shall be cladded with 9mm thick Pre Laminated Particle board of approved colour and texture laminate at Lower Level from outside and inside. Upper level inside tiles shall be of Pin up panel of 5 mm-6mm thick soft board made of PP sheet claded with fire retardant fabric . Fabric is pasted with zero VOC content glue as per drawing with fabric of approved quality shall be provided/ White Marker Tile of 5mm thickness is made of MDF board pasted with 0.8mm white marker laminate. Outer panel above the work surface to be fabric upholstered panels with 9mm Particle Board cladded with fabric of approved shade .The glass panel shall be of 4 mm thickness provided on both side of partition. Top and end trims shall be finished in Anodized/ powder coated aluminum sections. Low height partitions shall be free standing and self supporting and shall be provided with leveling system to adjust the partition to unevenness and difference in floor (with the help leveling screws) and ceiling levels. Raceways :This partition shall be provided with aluminum/MS skirting raceways of height 120mm for wire management along the base & above table top height as specified in the drawing. Seat depth adjustment is integrated in the seat through a sliding mechanism seat depth adj range is of 6.0+/-0.5 cm ,Back frame is connected to the up/Dn mechanism housed in plastic T. spine it can be adj in the range of 7.42+/-0.5 cm for the comfortable back support . Pedestal Assemble: The pedestal is high pressure die cast polished aluminum and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor The pedestal is 65.0+/- 0.5 cm pitch-centre dia (75.0+/-1.0 cm with castors) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
