Clearing & removing the broken tiles, weeds, etc., and disposing complete as directed by the department officers.
Clearing the surface thoroughly with water using pressure washer (Jet cleaning) and removing all the impurities and loose plaster, flakes, fungus growth by suitable mechanical means like scraping or wire brushing and subsequently wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Nano filling the terrace floor with water repellant chemical penetration upto 50mm max. Priming the surface with cementitious coat (Acrylic polymer + cement) DFT 0.6 to 0.8 mm. Laying FRP Mesh (45 GSM) over the primed surface. Laying of Geo fabric with cementitious coat (Acrylic Polymer + cement), DFT - 0.6 to 0.8 mm. Application of another coat with cementitious coat (Acrylic Polymer + cement), DFT - 0.6 to 0.8 mm. Application of two coats of Titanium base, water proof cum heat proof, anti-carbonation, anti-fungal, 1 mm complying with standard specification with 10 years warranty complete as above and as directed by the departmental officers at site.
