Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 15.2.1)

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, and excluding of disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dresses (DSR 2.6.1-2.36)

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within lead of 50m. All kinds of soil (DSR 2.8.1-2.36)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 15.7.4)

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR 6.1.1)

Brick work with machine moulded perforated F.P.S. bricks of class designation 125 conforming IS : 2222-1991 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (DSR 15.60)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (DSR 4.1.2)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls: Under 20 cm wide (DSR 5.9.16.1)

Providing and laying position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering , All work plinth level: - 1:2:4 (:1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg 12.5mm nominal size Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.(DSR 4.1.3)

15mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.5.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.31.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. as required. (DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm,(2"x1/2") 4'-0" high(3' high above ground level) welded with 3no's M.S. flat 40x10mm horizontally at distancwe 9.5" upper and 5” from bottom and 1no's M.S. flat 25x10mm on the lower side of top M.S. flat including 8mm M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat iron. The rates also includes the cost of 2 No. 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long imbeded in ceme sleeve piece embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" and painted with three coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 sqm. (DSR 13.46.1)

Providing and applying JK putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(DSR 13.26)

Dismantlling of existing M.S. flat railig on brick masonary toe wall or on ground and removing of CC 1:2;4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing and repair(no new member) of old MS flat railing on brick masonary toe wall or on ground by providing CC 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0-9"x1'-0" including cost of applying 2coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Credit of bricks bats / brick tiles bats/ brick tiles complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)
