Repairing and renovation of 2 washrooms of DGTR

Civil Works as Per Scope of Work

Dismantling tile work in floors and walls including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (internal work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

Dismantling of old Wall Hung seat and flat back half stall Urinal at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 20 mm nominal dia Pipes (finolex, Astral)

Providing and Fixing PVC pipe including all PVC fittings of approved quality, thickness, ISI marked as per IS:4985 (Finolex or equivalent) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge i/c making the joints leak proof a) PVC pipe 100 mm dia nominal bore (finolex, Prakash)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints ith white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), Applying a coat of Dr. fixit and bonding agent mixed in portion recommended by manufacturer on plaster/ wall surface etc complete

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing white vitreous china wall mounted type water closet (European type) including lid, wall plate, cistern all fitting, & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : (Hindware, Cera, Parryware)

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal of size 580x380x350 mm with white PVC automatic flushing cistern, with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders with unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS : 2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : Single half stall urinal with 5 litre P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern (Hindwar, Cera, Parryware)

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Flat back under counter/ over counter ovel type wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap. (Hindware, Cera, Parryware)

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock (ISI make) 15 mm nominal bore(10 quantity). Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve (ISI make) 15 mm nominal bore (11 quantity).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(birla)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (Asian, Dulex)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Removing and Refixing with P/F decorative high pressure laminated sheet of in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. Including door locks, handles and necessary hardware.

Wiring for light point /fan point/ exhaust fan point with all accessories including modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point as required.

Providing & fixing 3M scotch print digitally printed on 3 m 3650 - 114 transparent/lucent vinyl as per design and drawing 3M applicator. 2mil (0.05 mm) thickness and 3 years 3M warranty

Chairs:- Providing and Placing Medium back, the back rest height is 520mm and backrest height is 610 mm and width is 427mm, backrest is made up of mesh with steel frame and mesh in black colour.
