Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc.for mass concrete.

Providing hosting and fixing trusses/purlins/raters/posts/post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc.kd wood incl.carriage complete job.

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Providing /Fixing 4mm thick float glass panes,including beading,nails and cost of carriage complete job.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications:Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm).

Supply/laying of 16mm dia HDPE 100mtr pipe roll of standard make,designed for efficient water distribution in agricultural and gardening puposes and drip irrigation with nominal wall thickness of 1.2mm.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete.
