CONSTRUCTION OF MULTISTORIED RESIDENTIAL FLATS FOR CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA STAFF AT T NAGAR CHENNAI SH PREPARATION OF DIGITAL TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY PLAN, EXISTING BUILDING FLOOR WISE PLAN FOR DEMOLITION APPROVAL AND SITE SOIL INVESTIGATION AND MISC WORK

Carrying out detailed topographical survey making all existing features boundaries, buildings, Carriage ways, electric/telephone line footpath, drains, sewer lines, approach road, main road etc. using total station as digital instrument, parameters and with all dimensions of perimeter, diagonals, angles, making the position of the existing structures with the plinth levels, calculation of the land area i/c transportation of machine, labour etc. complete and submission of detailed topographical survey report with recommendation in 3 copies complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge (Rate includes mobilization of equipment to site and demobilization of the same from site).

Conducting Geotechnical soil investigation such as Standard Penetration Test as per IS:2131-1981 (R-2002) including mobilization of required Tools, Plants, Equipments, Labour and materials for carrying out the investigation with boring of 150 mm dia. bore holes up to a depth of not less than 10m or rock stratum or up to refusal strata (The refusal strata shall be considered for field N values more than 100) whichever is higher, using shell & Augur/ Drilling machine in all kinds of soils, including taking the disturbed samples along with recording SPT N values at every 1.50 m interval, taking undisturbed samples at 3.00 m intervals or at every change of strata whichever occurs earlier, determination of important Chemical properties such as SO3 content, Chloride content, Carbonate content, PH etc. including soil properties (Parameters) viz. Grain size analysis, Atterberg limits (such as Liquid Limit, Plastic Limit, Plasticity Index), Bulk Density, Dry Density, Moisture Content, Specific Gravity, Void Ratio, Compression Index CC etc. on disturbed / Undisturbed soil samples, shear test, shear test on Plastic/ Semi Plastic soil and Direct Shear Test on Non Plastic Soil i.e. Cohesion (C) Angle of Friction, conducting Consolidation Test on Clayey Strata and other relevant tests on soil samples as per the relevant IS Code/ specifications, calculating net Safe/ Allowable Bearing Capacity at suitable depth (below Ground level or below Basement Level) including the preparation and submission of detailed Soil Investigation Report in Triplicate (Hard copy) and soft copy. (Pdf format). The report should also include the position of Ground Water Table, type of rock if any met with, including its bearing capacity, filled up soil and all other valid information considered as required for structural analysis/ design of Foundation of the proposed structures. The work shall be carried out as per the directions of Engineer-In- Charge. (The cost shall include de-mobilizing the plant and machineries used and also clearing the waste materials obtained during exploration from the site etc.,).

Carrying out the Drilling operations to advance 150 mm diameter bore hole, collecting undisturbed soil samples from soft to sift clay (2<SPT<15) and conducting standard penetration Test at relevant intervals and as per the Direction of Engineer-in-Charge. From 10 m to 20 m depth (1.5m).

Preparation of Existing building floor plan (floor-wise) including plinth area determination, floor height, specification of finishing for floor, wall, joineries and the fittings fixtures etc all complete ( G+2) stories RCC framed & Load bearing structures. (Area of measurement shall be the plinth area).
