Supplying and erection of wall mounted metal boards for switch gear mounting of suitable size, with permissible variation in size of plus minus 5mm, welded frame work make of M.S. angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick duly welded complete with 3mm thick M.S. sheet fixed with hinges as open able front, complete with locking arrangement including painting and bonding to the existing earth as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing sheet metal bus-bar chamber suitable for 63 amp. 415 volts capacity with 4 Nos. copper strip bus-bars each of length 300mm & cross-sectional area (16mmx3.17mm), enclosure made from 1.6mm thick M.S. sheet having overall dimensions (530mmx350mmx150mm) nominal with all accessories including connections, earthing the body etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, on-load change over switch unit, AC 23 A duty, in sheet steel enclosure, with side handle operation, including drilling holes on the board, making connections, etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 63 Amps

Supplying and erection of 6 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a)Single pole. Supplying and erection of 40/50/63 amps rating, 10KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, ‘C’ curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Double pole. Cat. A

Supplying and fixing 63 Amps Cat.- A double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of following way, single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus-bar, wire-set, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, blanking plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and water pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying 8 SWG copper wire at 0.50 Rmt. below ground level for earth electrode conductor, including soldering etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured / XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of the required size complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas on all depths and widths including getting out and disposal of all excavated earth in all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a). Ordinary rock.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
