SCHEDULE A BOQ

Rectification of existing defective flanged joints by replacing new flanged sockets with rubber or fibre gasket complete with necessary nuts, bolts and washers for 150 mm dia GI/DI/MS pipes complete all as directed. Note:- a) The unit quoted rate is inclusive of cutting of GI/DI/MS Pipes, jointing materials and preparation of new flanged sockets and refixing the same at existing place. (b) Necessary excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ

Excavation for taking out broken CI/DI pipe line upto 200/150mm dia, cutting of CI/DI pipe line upto 200mm dia at two portion with the help of electrical driven pipe cutter and levelling the cutting face of pipe with the electric driven grinder and then CI/DI welding by electric welding machine, fixing detachable joint, tail piece etc then laid on concreteting base with PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, returning filling of excavated materials including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified.

Opening of existing sluice valve of 200mm bore by dismantling from existing water line and opening of gland cover taking out with spindle with check nut of stainless steel & refixing the same after servicing, greasing including replacement of rubber packing, nuts & bolts, glands etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any new parts like stainless steel Spindle with check nuts,Gland plate of required size shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items

Opening of existing sluice valve of 150mm bore by dismantling from existing water line and opening of gland cover taking out with spindle with check nut of stainless steel & refixing the same after servicing, greasing including replacement of rubber packing, nuts & bolts, glands etc complete all as specified and directed Note: Any new parts like stainless steel Spindle with check nuts,Gland plate of required size shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items

Supply only 200 mm bore stainless steel spindle with check nut, gland plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 150 mm bore stainless steel spindle with check nut, gland plate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective centrifugal pump set 40 HP by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, suction pipe delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, testing on full load capacity at least for 8 hrs, complete all as specified and as directed. (Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after). Make of Pump : BATLIBOI Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate. (c) The pumpset shall be spared for one week for repair from the date of complaint given by AGE/ JE E/M regarding breakdown. The Contractor is responsible for making alternate arrangement of pump set in case of time required more than one week. (d) In case services affected due to delay in repair of pump set, a penalty of Rs 1000.00 per day will be levied from the contractor. (e) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract. (f) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Cleaning of valve pit chamber for sluice/gate valve of 50/80/100/150/200/ size by removing mud/ grass/ sludge/ other waste materials from the chamber and from surroundings upto 1mtr distance, carryout petty cement repairs with cement mortar 1:4, apply one coat of white wash on cemented surfaces and one coat of synthetic paint on steel surfaces complete to make an operator friendly valve chamber complete as specified and directed. Note :- Periodicity and locations of valve chambers will be given as per requirement by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- a) The unit quoted rate is inclusive of cutting of GI/DI/MS Pipes, jointing materials and preparation of new flanged sockets and refixing the same at existing place. (b) Necessary excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ

Cleaning/ overhauling of squirrel cage induction motor by dismantling stator and rotor assembly, carryout necessary testing of windings to findout any core loss in windings, test of insulation resistance, etc. Applying of proper insulation material for strengthening of insulation, cleaning the casing and slots with wire brush, washing out dust and carbon particles with proper chemical solution, replacement unserviceable bearing, bush, carryout re-alignment of crank shaft re-assembling stator and rotor assemblies, testing complete all as specified and directed for capacity upto 60 HP. Note:- (i) Rewinding of stator and rotor if required will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Cost of Transportation to and from the local workshop is deemed to be incl in the quoted rate.

Rewinding of stator core with proper gauge and amount of highly insulated copper wire as existing, testing complete.

Rewinding of rotor core with proper gauge and amount of highly insulated copper wire as existing, testing complete.

M&L for excavation, earth work up to 1 Cum, cutting existing PCC plinth protection of 0.6 Cum for laying/ removing pipes and making good to the disturbed PCC as specified, dismantling existing water supply pipes of any type, re-routing the pipe as directed at site of work by using 3-Layer 32mm outer dia PPR pipe SDR 7.4 ( PN-16 @ 20°C) type connecting both ends to close the pipe line net work, testing during next supply hours of water distribution , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i)3-Layer SDR 7.4 ( PN-16) type PP-R pipe 32mm outer dia and additional fittings required for the work will be measured seperately mentioned here-in-below as supply only. (ii) cost of Refixing of disturbed existing pipes on the wall including provision of new clamps are deemed to be incl in the unit quoted rate. (iii) It will be the responsibility of the contractor to arrange all T&P required to execute the job and cost for same will be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Disconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets of any capacity from water mains to take out by lifting column pipe of 50mm dia alongwith submersible cable and pump set from shallow well of any depth for servicing of submersible pump sets of any capacity at site, re-assembling the column pipe and re-connection of submersible cable with pump set and lowering in the shallow/open well, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The cost of tools and equipments reqd for lifting/ lowering of pipes and pumps are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate.

Dismantling pump and motor of submersible pump set for capacity upto 7.5 HP to carry out repairs and replacements at local workshop, duly replacing worn out parts, applying one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate. (c) The pumpset shall be spared for one week for repair from the date of complaint given by AGE/ JE E/M regarding breakdown. The Contractor is responsible for making alternate arrangement of pump set in case of time required more than one week. (d) In case services affected due to delay in repair of pump set, a penalty of Rs 500 per day will be levied from the contractor. (e) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract. (f) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Comprehensive repair/ maintenance of modernised infrastructure comprising of the following :- (a) Servicing and repair/ maint/ replacement of defective components /spare parts of PLC based control panels including all accessories modem, antenna etc. installed at various pump houses, OHTs and Master control station for monitoring of water supply.

(b) Repair/maintenance by disconnecting connection for cleaning, lubricating, greasing for wear and tear complete servicing, refixing, lathing installing and commissioning of all motorised, solenoid valves, Pressure Switches, Ultrasonic and magnetic Level sensors etc complete as directed by Engineer-iniCharge.

(c) Servicing and maintenance /repair of defective components of PLC based control panels including all accessories, modem, antenna etc. installed at various locations for the monitoring of street light circuits.

The scope of work also covers the following : (i) Any changes to the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), e.g. Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC)

(ii) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC)

Note for item No 40 :- (a) The comprehenive maint/ repair shall be carried out through the authorised representative of the OEM only.

(b) Cost of labour element towards removing of unserviceable/ defective spare part and re-fixing the serviceable spare part shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. Supply only spare part shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevent item.

(c) Any other spare parts which have not covered in the relevent item given here in below but are required to make system in functional condition deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

(d) The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of One Engineer/ Supervisor per day, Two Technician per day having minimum 05 years experience in SCADA system. Documentary proof of experience of engineer/ technician shall be produced to Enginner-in-Charge before commencement of work. If extra manpower is required for smooth functioning of above mentioned system, rate for same deemed to be inclusive in unit quoted rate.

(e) Service Engineer of OEM or authorised service centre shall visit at least once in every month and during major break down or as and when required for the inspection, servicing, repair, rectification of problem and submission of report.

(f) All the charges for the communications, i.e. 01 Nos broad band connection with static IP at Kalpa Pump House and GPRS enabled data cards used in all PLC based panel related to this scope of work deemed to be inclusive in the quoted unit rate.

(g) SCADA reports related to above mentioned system shall be mailed to Engineer-in-Charge/ concerned JE on weekly basis.

(h) All complaints related to unservicability/ break down of the system shall be attended with in 8 hours, if failed to rectify the system within the stipulated time, a penalty @ Rs. 500 per day will be deducted from the dues of the contractor.

(j) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract.

(k) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

(b) Servicing and repair/ maint/ replacement of defective components /spare parts of PLC based control panels with all accessories modem, antenna complete with electrical connection panel installed at various locations for the monitoring of LT feeders.

(c) Servicing and repair/ maint/ replacement of defective components /spare parts of AMR panel installed at various locations for the monitoring of Energy meters.

(d) Servicing and repair/ maint/ replacement of defective components /spare parts of street lights installed at various locations for the monitoring of Energy meters.

The scope of work also covers the following : (i) Any changes to the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), e.g. Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of work covered under this AMC).

Note for item Srl No 40 & 55 :- (a) The servicing of Motorised valve, PLC base control Panels, communication Panels, shall be done by authorized representative of the Manufacturer only. The technician shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being a authorized representative of the manufacturer. The technician shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer that servicing has been carried out by him .

(b) Any changes to the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), e.g. Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of work covered under this AMC) shall be carried out by authorized representative of the Manufacturer (OEM) of PLC based Panels only. The programmer shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The programmer shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer (OEM) that servicing has been carried out by him.

(c) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of work covered under this AMC) shall be carried out by authorized representative of the Manufacturer of PLC based Panels only. The technician shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being a authorized representative of the manufacturer. The technician shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer that servicing has been carried out by him.

Comprehensive maintenance of CMDS including operation of CMDS equipments, data collection, assigning of task through concerned JE, updation of feed backs of services carried out, compiling of entries related to MES services from different sources, preparation of daily, weekly, monthly summary of services of different categories, submission of reports to concerned AGEs/GE as per laid down format complete all as directed.

Note for item No 121 :- (a) The contractor shall employ round the clock one operator at CMDS centre having sound knowledge in complaint monitoring disposal system (CMDS) related software/ system.

(b) The operator shall be smart enough to deal with customers of MES regarding registration, lodging, assigning of complaint of user to concerned JEs, updation of jobs/ complaints after carried out by the contractor etc.

(c) Operator is responsible for compilation of user complaints in category wise like E&M, B&R & BS from different sources like manual registers, What'sApp groups, CMDS lodged entries, etc and forwarding of same to the concerned JE's on daily basis.

(d) Operator shall also be responsible to collect the completion/ update of work from concerned contractor/ JE and updation of job status in CMDS system.

(e) The operator shall submit lodged and compliance summary of complaints to the concerned AGE's/ BSO on regular weekly basis or as directed by GE.

(f) The cost of stationary, printer and cartridge required till the completion of the contract shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate .

(g) In case of any failure in functioning of CMDS or task mentioned in above Para (b), (c), (d) & (e), a penalty @ Rs 500/- per day will be deducted from the dues of the Contractor.

(h) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract.

(j) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

(iii) The flushing out will be carried out with fresh filled water of well only duly chlorinated with specified sodium hypochlorite solution to disinfect the pipe lines from all pathogens and Coliform organisms.This will be inclusive in quoted rate.
