Material & Labour for carrying out the descaling of the shell & Tube condensers by isolation of each condenser by providing of dummy plate for inlet & outlet connection and separation of condenser from water circulation without disturbing the operation of the AC plant, carrying out the descaling by circulation of the diluted scale removing agent organic compound type chemical of RA III / chemtex Brand at the appropriate ratio depend upon the scale deposit inside copper tube by forced circulation and opening the end covers, manually brushing the copper tubes with nylon brushes of various size to remove complete scale, de-greasing with caustic soda solution and flushing out with fresh water, refixing all disconnected pipes lines, end covers with new rubber gasket and opening water line valves and checking of water leakages, apply grease to all M.S. Bolts & Nuts and put the condensers of the following capacities in operational complete all as directed :-

Supply & Fixing with provision of clean, exchange of unserviceable compressor (removed against item No 57 here-in-before) with company made new one sealed compressor of central type air conditioner 11 Ton capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- After fixing of new compressor testing will be done its own arrangement. Make : Kirloskar/Voltas/Whirpool/Carrier.

Disconnecting, cutting and taking out unserviceable sealed unit compressor of pckage type Air conditioner 5.5 Ton Capacity any make & model including removal, fitting/fixing of serviceable sealed unit compressor (brought against srl item No 67 here-in-after), soldering, welding, brazing as required including charging of refrigerant gas and oil in the exchanged compressor, making electric & mechanical connections at site and testing on load, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only with provision of clean, exchange of unserviceable compressor (removed against item No 66 hre-in-before) with company made new one sealed compressor of package type air conditioner 5.5 Ton capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- After fixing of new compressor testing will be done its own arrangement.

M & L for repair of PCB of control panel of chilling unit package / central unit of any capacity / make including checking the components, replacing demaged components with new ones, making the PCB fully functional till Engineer-in-Charge satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of New PCB alongwith all accessories as per existing model / sample suitable for chilling unit of central type AC plant and duly fixed on existing system by any fixing method and making electrical connection including taking down of existing PCB complete and produce test certificate all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 1/1.6/2 HP incl dismatling, carrying to workshop and transporting back and testing thereafter up to the satisfaction of Engr in charge.

Repair to cooling tower FRD type Make/ Delta including rewinding of electric motor of capacity 3 HP with super enameled copper wire (after taking out the burnt coils cleaning of ribs etc) varnishing, drying and reassembling etc complete and replacement of worn out bearing/bushes all as specified and directed.
