10.61 Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling consisting of frame work "W" / "U" / "L" sections made of G.I. sheet with zinc coating of grade 120 consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm diax40mm long with 6mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x25x0.55mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick button wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm diax230mm long G.I. wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.55mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long drive-all screws @ 230mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended filler, jointing tapes, finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufactures specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed including providing and fixing 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum board conforming to IS: 2095- Part-I all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting.

10.67 Providing and fixing Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System made of tiles size 595x595mm and specified thickness as approved by Engineer-In-charge, in true Horizontal Level Suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised@120 gsm both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" Runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x38mm made of 0.30 thick (minimum) sheet,1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center to center to form grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x38mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, cutting making opening for sevices like difffusers, grills,light fitting,fixtures,smoke detectors etc wherever required.Main "T" runner to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to celing with 12.5mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4mm dia GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main "T". Bottom exposed width of 24mm of all "T" sections shall be pre-painted with polyster paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications drawings or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.The tiles should have Humidity resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance >83%, Thermal Conductivity K=0.052-0.57w/mk,colour white,fire performance UK class0/Class1(BS476pt-6and7)in module size of 600x600x16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile,suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 38-41%. Ceiling height up 3.5 mt from adjacent floor level.Extra height to be paid separately.

12.9 Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 of approved size, make, colour, shade laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment etc., complete.

12.7 Providing and fixing ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make, colours, shades and size on wall and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with matching pigment complete.

8.148 Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC profile section having an overall dimension as below (tolerance ± 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm ± 0.2mm, corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19mm and 1mm ± 0.1mm wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

10.71 Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x595mm.having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85%((minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 87), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity 0.048 to 0.050 W/mo KC as per ASTM 518:1991, Weight 1.900 Kg to 2.100 Kg per tile, 15 MM Edge Density Having 450 Kg/cum & 10 MM Central portion of tile having 350 Kg/cum, comprising of a frame made from especiallyfabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600 mm centers using 12mm dia, 40mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glasswool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally calcium silicate non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steelscrews of size 13 x 3.2mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels. 10.12 Supply and fixing of polymer precoated galvalume profile sheets (PPGL) of approved size, shape and pitch of corrugation, total coated thickness (TCT) 0.60 mm +/- 5%, epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and colour polyester top coat 18-20 microns and 6-7 microns on bottom. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

10.16 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete :
