Providing and fixing of Dr.Khanolkar Museam SS Metallic CNC cut metallic Signage as per the drawing (thinkness of 1.2 mm with black power coating) and design backlight with led strip and drivers encased inside an aluminium u channel with pvc cover. Mounted on wall with off set of 50-75 mm from wall as per EIC specfic color. CNC cut signages design also include letters as shown in drawing in English and marati

15 mm cement plaster of mix for wall with ready mix plaster wherever required as per the instructions of Engineer incharge

Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned First quality to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge :With Luster Paint two coats of primer and two coats of paint. ( Rate inclusive of scafflolding, labour charges, ladder etc.)

Providing and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putty of average thickness of 2 mm of approved thickness, brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth ready for painting purpose etc complete ( Rate inclusive of Scaffolding Material, Labour Charges) Etc. Only to be applied at distressed areas and newly plastered surface as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing Wall cladding of made out of PVC fluted panels of wooden finish with grooves and patterns fixed on 12mm thick plywood. Final finish will be in similar to wood finish with melamine polish of approved pattern and colour by engineer in charge.

Photo Frames of size 450 x 450 mm printed on canvas sheet with frameless pattern fixed on walls as per instrucation of EIC.

Providing and fixing designer table of size 1200x600 as per images attached

Providing and fixing of 35mm think composite white marble of width 75mm as skating and at the the height of 1200mm as shown in figure.

Electrical works

Primary Point wiring for light / fan/ exhaust fan with 1.5 sq mm FRLS 1100 V grade PVC insulated copper wire in casing capping/ PVC rigid 25 mm conduit with modular switch socket , plate , fan dimmer accessories , suitable GI Box , ceiling rose & appropriate size of insulted copper wire for earthing. Material are included - modular switch socket fan dimmer modular accessories with surface PVC boards , 1.5sqmm size wires , PVC conduit , casing capping and wiring from PVC modular board to lights , fans.

Secondary Point wiring for lights ( 1st light to 2nd light ) with ISI mark 1.5 sq mm 1100 V grade PVC insulated copper wire in casing capping/ PVC rigid 25 mm conduit of (min 25 mm) with ISI mark switch/bell push of 5 Amps flush type erected on best quality modular PVC switch socket fan dimmer accessories , ceiling rose & appropriate size of insulted copper wire for earthing. Material are included - switch socket fan dimmer modular accessories with surface PVC boards , 1.5sqmm size wires , PVC conduit , casing capping and wiring from 1st point to 2nd point

Supply , laying and termination of 1core X 2.5 sq. mm flexible copper wire FRLS PVC in casing capping , PVC conduit pipe or recess For wiring. Excluding cost of casing caping, PVC conduit pipe.

Supply and Fixing of PVC conduit/ Trunking 25mm size of PVC rigid conduit with spacers & saddles screws, rawal plug etc. along with all accessories complete in all respect on any hard surface/wall/trench/ceiling etc.
