Disconnecting the Pole mounted/platform mounted outdoor type transformer situated at various locations inside HEMRL sub station 22/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding, dismantling the transformer and accessories, drain out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly and the defective winding, cleaning the transformer internally and externally, rewinding burnt HT/LT coil with existing guage of copper super enamelled copper wire/ copper strip of existing size, providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, opening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of Transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning for the following capacity of Transformer complete all as specified and directed :-Note : The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer and rates quoted is deemed to include for the same complete all as specified and directed. a) 50 to 100 KVA.

b) 150 to 200 KVA.

c) 250 to 315 KVA.

d) 400 to 500 KVA.

(e) 600 to 1000 KVA Notes (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Insulating oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Transportation of transformer for repair and re-installation is deemed to include in quoted rates

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire of various gauges or existing specifications for repair and rewinding of transformers under item No. 1 to 5 primary and secondry coils including necessary class of insulation complete all as specified and directed. Make : ISI marked as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Supply only DPC copper strip of various gauges or existing specifications for repair and rewinding of transformers under item No.1 to 5 primary and secondry coils including necessary class of insulation complete all as specified and directed. Make : ISI marked as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for carrying out Lab test for acidity of Transformer oil for various Transformers at HEMRL and submitting test report on the format complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformer, removing rusted scale/oil & painting of transformer with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make duly Marking/ Writting MES/SM No. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity :- (a) 50 to 100 KVA capacity of transformer.

(b) 160 to 250 KVA capacity of transformer.

(c) 300 to 500 KVA capacity of transformer.

(d) 500 to 750 KVA capacity of transformer.

On load filteration of transformer oil by continuous circulation of transformer oil through mechanical filters to achive the desired dielectric strength of 50 KV for one minute at 4 mm gap of sphere of oil testing machine complete all as specified and directed .Note: 1.Oil samples are to be collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be recorded for each sample before and after filteration.

Supply and topping up transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV at 4 mm gap of sphere of oil testing machine in transformers of various capacity installed in various locations complete all as specified and directed. Make of Transformer oil: Savitha/ Power oil/ HP Notes : (a) New Transformer oil shall be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate.

Supply and fix in repair breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducers/connectors etc as per site requirement /capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of modification if any required to fix on existing MS Pipe.

Disconnecting the transformer outdoor type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully by draining out transformer oil upto HT/LT boxes for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 50 to 2000 KVA transformer, refilling the transformer oil and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/LT system after the leakages have been rectified and tested on available electric load complete all as specified and directed. Note : Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items here in after.

(a) Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification.

(b) Supply only top cover gasket set.

(c) Supply only radiator flanged gasket 6 mm thick.

(d) Supply only oil level indicator gasket set.

(e) Supply only HT bushing with stud 22 KV of existing specification.

Supply & Fix in repair explosion vent diaphragm of suitable size to match with the existing.

Repairs to drop out fuse complete upto 400 Amps,22 KV capacity including replacement of worn out nut bolts,washers,of suitable size /unserviceable spares and jumper connections for smooth functioning of the devices complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unserviceable spares and jumper connections to be renewed will be measured and paid seprately as "Supply only"

Supply only the following items (to be incorporated under Item No 23 above) a) Top contact/L contact for drop out fuse.

b) Lower contact for drop out fuse.

c) Post insulators of drop out fuse.

Repair to gang operated air brake switch device upto 400 Amps,22 KV capacity including greasing/oiling of all moving contacts,replacement of nut bolts,washers of suitable sizes,unserviceable spares and jumper connections in all phases for smooth functioning of the devices complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Unserviceable spares and jumper connections to be renewed will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only"

Supply install testing and commissioning in repair 22 KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole, suitable for verticle mounting complete with GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism operated from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps,each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS/ISS non ferrous and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magnetizing current of the transformers. Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of pole including cross arms,channels,Flat iron,Clamps in HT OH line by scraping with wire brush and applying one coat of aluminium paint including writing pole number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following types:- a) HT 6 Pole structure 11 metre long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete all as specified and directed

b) HT 3 / 4 Pole structure 11 metre long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete all as specified and directed

b) Exceeding 0.75 metre length but not exceeding 1.5 mtr length.

Dismantling and taking down guarding wire and removing to store for safe custody or issue under Sch of credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out steel tubular sewaged poles HT/LT 11/9 metre long and removing to store for safe custody or issue under schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade including taking out existing unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cradles, hexagonal / rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4 mm including taking down unserviceable cradle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LT steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 metre long complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work PCC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix HT steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55, 11 metre long complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, PCC willll be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations of stays and poles etc complete including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable stay assembly any type/size from its stay rod, cutting stay rod (above ground portion ) including stay GI wire, dismantling MS clamps, nuts, bolts, GI stay bow loop insulators etc including GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1, i.e Stay rod 1.8 Metre length, 16mm dia and size of stay grip 7/2.50 mm, size of stay plate 230 x 230 x 6 mm mild steel galvanised material, stay bows shall be of mild steel galvanised of 14 mm dia and 40 cm length all shown as per MES SSR Part-I, , the stay rod shall be embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate to a depth not less than 1.67 Meters in such a way that the top of the concrete block so formed is well below the ground level to prevent uprooting of the stay rod. A stay rod of length 1.8 metre and dia 16 mm dia , length of remaining 45 cm of the stay rod shall project above the ground level. The stay wire of size 7/3.15 mm shall be fixed to the stay rod at the bottom and to the stay clamp to the pole, by means of well spiced joints with a porcelain guy insulator of size 65 x 95 mm placed 3 Metre above the ground level and a turn back to inserted in the middle and near the top respectively.The stay clamps shall be located near about the centre of gravity of the pull of the over head conductors, stay rod and thimble shall be in correct alignment with stay wire. The angle between the pole and the wire should be about 45˚ to 30˚ complete all specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and laying, connect, test and commissioning of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following sizes including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings/walls without cable duct) complete including taking down existing unserviceable cable all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following :- Notes : (i) Excavation, sand cushioning, brick will be measured and paid separately. Material and labour for lifting of serviceable transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA, 22/ 0.433 KV rated voltage, from one place to other by crane and transporting to other place within 02 Km radius including placing on plinth/pole mounting and connecting up all HT/LT connections, testing and energising the transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting, opening, draw out RMU/ VCB trolley complete from its position after isolating safely from contacts of breakers for inspection, checking and re installing testing commissioning of same after carryout following repair work and renewal of unserviceable spares complete all as specified and directed by OEM. (i) Checking of Draw out mechanism/arrangement of VCB (ii)Inspection of isolating Contacts, and decarbanising the male /female contacts, jaws complete and renewal of worn out contacts . Supply, install test and commissioning of Outdoor Busbar Panel Board CPRI approved cubical with kiosk type made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet outdoor type with IP 43 grade of protection CRCA sheet, powder coated, with support of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron bottom frame with double hinged front openable shutters of each feeder control unit with locking arrangement in front and back openable inspection doors PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amps- 4Nos fixed on suitable insulator all housed in suitable bus bar chamber complete along with provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes for all incoming and out going cables with suitable cable glands etc fixed on suitable PCC foundations complete testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed Panel Size (1.5x.75x.75 metre). Cutting the tree branches which touches the LT/HT OH lines and 2.5 metre away from centre line of HT/LT OH line span not exceeding 60 metre between poles and deposting the tree branches/leaves at 30 metre distance away from site complete all as specified and directed.
