Taking down Cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc omplete all as specified and as directed. Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specifed as direted by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal exising teratment from old surface of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook soot mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water & applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified .

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in half brick walls, in CM 1:4 compolete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and similar work incl necessary form work to obtain a smooth finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match with and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes of tiles CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
