M&L for applying 10 mm thick layer of Surface using Fiber reinforced polymer modified repair mortar using 5fⓇ @8 kg / m2 @ 10mm: The product shall be a single component thixotropic fiber reinforced polymer modified repair mortar needing only addition of water at site which can be applied by trowel. It is reinforced with specially designed bean shaped, alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking. It is recommended for repair situations requiring application of mortar up to 10-15mm thickness in one layer. The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 11 MPa in 1 day & 30 MPa in 28 days and a minimum flexural strength of 6 MPa @7 days. It shall have a tensile strength of minimum 2 MPa. It shall have a minimum bond strength of 2 MPa.

M&L for applying 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) using single component thixopropic fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar of approved make to achieve compressive strength of 15N/mm2 in 1 Day 25 N/mm2 in 3 Days adhesion bond strength of > 2N/mm2 finishing the suface even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying protective and decorative coating having high performance water based protective coating to exposed concrete or masonry surface after proper surface preparation, cleaning of dust, dirt etc System should be application of WBP-water based acrylic polymer primer com sealer coating coverage @ 8-10 Sqm/litre/coat on prepared surface and application of two coats of at 160-180 microns DFT coverage @ 5 sqm/litre/coat @ 150 microns WFT using suitable brush or roller. The coating shall have 67% volume of solids, tensile strength (ASTM D638)>1.5 N/sqmm, Elongation (ASTM D638) >90%, Adhesive Bond strength (ASTM 567.3 D4541)>1.4 N/Sqmm, 1.4 mm crack bridging properly (ASTM C 1305), water vapour permeability 1.4gm/sqm/days (ASTM D570), shall be capable of providing carbon dioxide diffusion resistance, and the depth of carbonation Nil, when tested at 24 hours by the accelerated carbonation test complete all as specified. Note- (i) The treatment shall be application by the authorised applicator as approved by the Accepting Officer.
