M&L for complete removal of existing WPT course (i.e) bituminous felt broken tiles mud phaska etc or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed at a distance n.exc 50m applying of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not lesss than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimium 10cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bounded as per detailed procedure on note No. 6 of TD drawing No AFB/TD/260/06 sheet No 1/1 (R) and applying a coat of blown grade @ 1.2 kg per Sqm hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane finished with solar reflective bitumenous aluminium paint /primer @ 0.1 Kg per Sqm. Note : The work shall be carried out only through manfucaturer's or their authorised applicator and necessary documentary proof shall be produced before start of the work to GE.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement, average 50 mm thick as in padding concrete in roof complete all as specified. Note. WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement on roof surfaces, finished fair and even. Note . WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as directed

.M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in water tank levelling course /platform including necessary use and waste of form work,exposed surface of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside(or lowering if required)for repairs,cleaning,etc.and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position for 500 ltrs capacity tanks.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank with ISI mark (Cylindrical vertical) 500 litres capacity three layered with cover including hoisting and positioning complete including provision of GI Nipples for inlet/over flow/outlet etc all as specified in SSR and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item Ser No 7 but 1000 ltrs capacity of tanks.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store in wall, ceiling or floor etc.

All as item Ser No 09 above but 20 mm dia of pipe

S&F 15 mm dia medium grade galvanised iron water tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

All as per item No 11 above but bore of pipe 20mm

Refixing 15 mm dia old steel tubing and connections in new or old position(wall,ceiling,floors,etc.)

All as per item Ser No 13 above but bore of pipe 20mm

S&F Gun metal globe or gate valves fixed in repairs 20mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for foxing to iron pipe all as specified and as directed

S & F Ball valves 210 mm dia fixed in repair, high pressure of PTMT, with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight -210gms)

All as per item ser No 17 above but 25 mm dia.(minimum weight 455 grams

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc, and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:6, and finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete specified.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges including use and waste of form work as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa " pattern including P or S trap of size 580X440 mm white with intergral foot rests, excluding flushing cistern including setting the trap and pan in cement / lime concrete all as directed & making good to the distrubed floors and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F PVC (SWR) Soil, Waste and Vent Pipe 75mm bore (dia), Single Socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joint fixed to Wall or Laid in Trenches etc., including Taking down/up unserviceable Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item ser No 24 above but 110mm bore (dia).

PVC (SWR) 75mm bore (dia), Bends, any radius with access door and Jointing with Solvent Cement and fixed-in-repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item ser No 26 above but 110mm bore (dia).

PVC (SWR) 75mm Bore (dia), Branch Piece, Single (Single Y) Equal or Unequal with access door and Jointing with Solvent Cement and fixed-in-repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. 10 kg each brackets, conforming. n exc to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including taking down complete (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel) including dismantling.

S&F painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc complete including dismantling of old sheet of any description.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces, complete all as specified.

Removal of existing treatment completely to the entire satifactory of Engr-in-Charge and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (Oil bond washable distemper), over a coat of thin wall putty, over a coat primer complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of newly plastered wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (Oil bond washable distemper), over a coat of thin wall putty, over a coat primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash

Demolition of old decayed brick works built in cement mortar as in drain, manholes, walls etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 100metre and deposited where as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slab, set in cement mortar 1:4, including forms, moulds required etc all as specified and as directed

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc., and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and as directed
