Thermo Mehanically Treated Bars

Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm

Steel work in builtup sections/framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.a) in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, btrackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing marine grade 19mm thick ply wood for flooring including fixing to the shelter base with necessary screws/ bold nuts etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying and fixing PVC sheet flooring (2mm thick) to the wooden floor with SR998 or equivalent adhesive as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying to the shelter panel joints and GI sheet wall cladding joints with silicon sealant as directed by the Engineer in Charge. a) Shelter inner size 3.00 x 2.00 metre

Providing pedestal for stay including Demolishing the existing damaged stay pedestal of Pole structures at all levels including all the operations below: Cleaning the RCC including removal of water proofing / flooring if any. Drilling the concrete up to a depth of 100 mm for fixing required bolts and nuts. Cleaning of drilled holes to remove all dirts and to be filled with HIT-RE 500 V4 injection mortar for rebar. Providing cement concrete (Mix 1:1.5:3) pedestal of size 30x30x15cm for side supports as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate includes all operations mentioned above i.e tightening of stay wire,hoisting, erection, lifting materials, centering, scaffolding, safety measures and disposal of rubbish as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
