Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in post/strut foundations complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A Fe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fxing of Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any decription exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto including 10mm cut to length bent to shape as required ,as in stirrups and spacers and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Nominal Mix cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregateas) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces by washing, rubbing down and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using E Grid suspended ceiling Grid system. The size of Grid shall be 600x600mm with aluminium powder coated frame work main runner 39x24mm, cross tee 29x24mm and wall angle 22.2x22.2mm using 4/9mm thick high pressure stream cured non primered classic, designer variant E-board ISI marked IS No 14862-2000. Fiber cement E board to be placed in the grid of E grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4 mm dia GI bar hangers drom the purlins/self tightening screw in roof with butter fly clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of powder coated Aluminium door (chowkhat with shutter) using 96.6 mm x44.8 mm x1.6 mm aluminium chowkhats 84.0mm x44.7 mm x1.6 mm section vertical styles 101.60 x44.88 x1.6 mm rail fixed with hinges, mortice lock 02 nos tower bolt 150mm ,slidingbolt 300 mm long 01 nos, door handles and fitting , bottom panel with 5.5 mm thick PVC board with density not less then 600 kg per cum and top panel with 5.5 mm thick plain glass ficed with snap beading rubber of suitable size and each shutter n. exc. 0.95 m in with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of powder coated aluminum window using 63 mm x38mmx1.6 mm chowkhats with 48mm x48mmx1.6 mm openable section as in shutter including ornamental aluminium grill, 5.5 mm thick glass panes of approved make with rubber for fixing glass and including builder hardware such as aluminium handles 100 mm-02 Nos, tower bolts 100mm-02 Nos, hooks and eye-02 Nos 150mm , butt hings 100 mm 04 Nos etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
