M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg / 10Sqm ,blinded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exceeding 30mm.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth n.exc 100mm removing material and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen (Min 4% of Bitumen content as per specification) laid / rolled with power road roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, with 5.5% binder content using hot mix plant and machanical paver rolled and compacted to recuired camber and gardient with 8 to 12 Ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed Note: Actual bitumen content shall be arrived and fixed as per job mix formula. However in no case it should be less than 4.5% by weight of mix.

M&L for providing 2.5mm (minimum) thick road marking strips (Retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material with fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heaters, driven by skilled operator on road surfaces including necessary T&P, including cleaning the road surface off all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 med completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 250m deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and laying moorum /red bajiri complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
