Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40 mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete

Refilling in foundation and basement with excavated earth in layer of not more than 15cm thick

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation Basement and Roof slabs strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces for floors for RCC column footings columns plinth beam and connected with foundations grade beams, raft slabs stair case steps, bed blocks, critical pier, etc beams roof slabs, using mild steelsheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 gouge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of 10 cm size x 6.5 cms size spaced at about 90 cms center to center and supported causorina props of 10 cm to 13 cms spaced at 75 cms to center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed (SI - 155) for column footing. Plastering with C. M 1:5 mix, 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Fabrication and supply of MS Door including cost and conveyance of all Charges etc complete

Fabrication and supply of MS Window including cost and conveyance of all Charges etc complete

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Oil Distempering Two Coats over Plastering Surface including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion over one coat of Priming coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and painting two coats new iron work such as steel doors ventilators, window bars etc., (WITHOUT PRIMER)

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,

Provisions for drawing Bala painting including all cost and conveyance of men and materials etc.,(the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer
