paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti skid (Required shape and desing of 20mm thick of approved and colour laid I cement mortor 1:3 one cement and three sand )20mm thick and pointed with white etc

Dadooing of walls with Printed design glazed tiles of size 15cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2 etc., complete.

Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Exterior Emulsion using best quality and approved cement paint over one coat of cement paint primer including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges etc., complete.

Finishing the top of slopped roof, sun-shade with Decorative Tiles (Ornamental Tiles) of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete, complying with standard specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of stainless steel hand rails using 50 mm, 32 mm, 20 mm dia stainless steel pipes, Balls of 80 mm dia, cover pieces and end caps including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for fabricating hand rails using special welding for stainless steel pipes and errection charges etc., complete.
