Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested LT panel board cubical double door compartment outdoor type plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amp installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and inner compartment 1.6mm, 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entery closing locking arrangement----Contd---

(b) OUTGOINGS :-(i) MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade of 100 Amps, 10 KA , Adjustable Thermal and Fixed Magnetic setting - 3 Nos. (i) MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade of 63 Amps, 10 KA , Adjustable Thermal and Fixed Magnetic setting - 03 Nos. (ii) MCCB 4 Pole 32 Amps 10 KA - 02 Nos. Note:(i) All incoming and outgoing feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size glands & thimples. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint (iii) All MCCB should be connected to Bus bar directly through expended links (iv) The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacture.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling as mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, block masonary with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement mortar plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding of LT Panel and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed.(Note:- Cutting grass, vegitation shall be done in every three month interval commenced from handing over site and till to completion of work. Unit rate shall be quoted accordingly)

Material and labour for painting of LT panel boards out door/in door (Externally & Internally) floor mounted installed at different locations including preparation of exposed surface by removing old paint from the body, cleaning the surface with thinner and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled smoke grey paint uing spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Air circuit breaker 3 pole 800 Amps 50 KA with Microprocessor release manual drawout Adjustable type including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable ACB from panels & fabrication works to BUS bar for proper fitting in exsting panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Air circuit breaker 3 pole 1200 Amps 50 KA withwith Microprocessor release manual drawout Adjustable type including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable ACB from panels & fabrication works to BUS bar for proper fitting .

Material and labour in replacement for ATS 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps complete including fixing arrangement i.e suitable size of MS flat, nuts, bolts, washer, fixing of LT cables of any size with suitable size of lugs all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of ATS 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps complete including fixing arrangement i.e suitable size of MS flat, nuts, bolts, washer, fixing of LT cables of any size with suitable size of lugs all as specified and directed.

S&F (in replacement) change over switch 100 Amps OFF load (side handle) in sheet enclosure four pole to be fixed on wall with FI 32X6mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete with all electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L maintenance free earthing complete with earth electrode of copper bonded low carbon steel core of 3 metre long, 17.2mm dia buried directly in ground and tappered at thebottom (digging or auguring of earth to the required depth as specified and directed) and filling up with carbon based earth enhancing compound in slurry form 30 Kgs bag - 1 No, provision of exothermic welded copper clamp of size 25mm x 3mm x 150mm to the electrode, copper earth strip connected by means of polymer chamber with cover, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed Note : 1) The work shall be executed under supervision of Engineer in charge. Ii) Cost of earth strip and GI protection pipe for earth strip shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. Iii) the unit rate shall include for excavation, returning and filling, removal of surplus soil, polymer chamber with cover and test point. (iv) Contractor to submit the earthing drawing before execution for approval of Engineer in charge

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mx600mmx6 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm by by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and copper earth strip and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil and 1.5 mtr length GI medium grade 20mm dia pipe with funnal and wire mesh, PCC chamber of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways pre cast chamber cover with lifiting handle 16mm dia round bars, Gi pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for earth strip protaction including charcol, common salt complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI earth strip above to 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid separetly)

Material and Labour for disconnecting burnt end or portion of cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals including fixing of new lugs for 50 Sqmm 3½ / 4 to 400 Sqmm of LT cable to pole / main switch/LT panel including taping of XLPE cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicator lamp for RYB phases complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement Mild steel sliding door bolts 200 mm long ,plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
