Upkeeping,Cleaning and Gardening of MT Hostel at Orient Area for Two Years .(2026-28)

CIVIL PART : Cleaning of drains without siltation or sludge deposition: Open surface drain up to 250 mm width (Once in a week for 104 weeks) [MT Hostel]

Cleaning of drains without siltation or sludge deposition: Open surface drain Above 250 mm width (Twice in a month for 24 month) [MT Hostel]

Upkeeping of concrete pavement/ Black topped roads excluding coal transpot road by brooming and disposal collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction oI Engineer-ln-Charge. (Three times in a week for 104 Weeks) [MT Hostel]

Cleaning and brooming of floor areas like chequered tiles, IPS floos, including applying water, detergents etc adequately all complete as per the directaon of Engineer-ln charge. ( Six times in a week for 104 Weeks) [Inside MT Hostel]

Cleaning of toilets (not attached to office / service or welfare buildings), Its floors and dados including applying of phenyle, napthelene balls, harpic, detegents etc as per the direction of Engineer-tn-Charte. (Cost of phenyle, naphthalene bells, harpic, dete.gents etc. to be paid separately. ( Two times in a week for 104 Weeks) [Inside MT Hostel]

cleaning and removal of accumulated earth, garbage, debris, bullding rubbish and other waste materials materials an icluding disposaI of same, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m as per the direction of EIC.[MT Hostel]

Maintenance ol lawn, garden, flower beds, potted plants, plants and trees, planting of new plants / new lawns as and where required including watering, removal of weeds, wild vegetation etc, mahuring, putting good earth, fertilisers, applying peiticides at var,ous locataons etc. as per the direction of Engiheerln-Charge. (Cost oI plants. manure, good earth, etc. to be paid for separately. However, cost ot toois & plants, flexible pipes, fertilisers an jnsecticide / pesticides are included in the item and i5 to be arranged by the contractor. The water supply point shall be provided at one point at each separate location by the department-). NOTE: The payment to the workmen shall be made through any nationalised bank. Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps
