Special Repair to prevent leakage from Dome area of Terminal building at MVI Airport, Ayodhya.

Supply, filling and treatments of gaps/joints in GFRC Dome work with polyurethane sealant after necessary rectification of surface. The Item for execution shall include all activities for complete waterproofing of domes but not limited to the following: i) Surface Rectification i/c Cleaning all joints/areas and removing of existing gap filling compound if required. ii) Inserting Non shrink Baker Rod and application of primer. iii) Application of Single Component Polyurethane Sealant. The material used should be of approved make and Technical Specifications as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete. The rate shall be inclusive of all material, Labour, tools/machineries, lead etc. all complete in all respect for effective sealing of all joints / gaps and to achieve complete water proof structure. The application should be done by Authorized Applicator and as per recommended methodology of the manufacturer and same shall be approved by EIC. The complete system shall be guaranteed for 10 Years (05 Years Guarantee Bond (BG) of value 5% of the complete work executed in this agreement + 05 years corporate Guarantee) as per prescribed terms and condition and nothing extra shall be payable on this account for the guaranteed period. Note: lifting for the said item to be paid seprately.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Gutter (600 mm over all girth)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes: 110 mm diameter

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Removing of non Perforated double Hook Inpi metal ceiling 300 mm wide & upto 3000 mm length,stacking of serviceable materials within 50 metres lead including removal of MS angles, pipes, Lights or any other item for the execution of gutter work. Note: Scaffolding will be paid seprately for accessing metal false ceiling height.

Refixing of availiable non Perforated double Hook Inpi metal ceiling 300 mm wide & upto 3000 mm length, including fixing of MS angles, pipes, Lights or any other item which was dismantled/removed during the execution of gutter work.
