Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Roofing Supplying of PVC/ PVDF composition of Serge Ferrari Precontraint 902 S2 with high tenacity polyster yarns HT 1100 Dtex of coated composite membrane with a top surface lacquered with a multilayered PVDF coating and back PVDF as per the specifications provided & as per conceptual drawing. The coated composite material should have minimum tensile strength of 4200 / 4000 N/5 cm and tear strength of 550 / 500 N with Polyvinyline Duroflouride coating and having weight of 950 g/sq.m, Flame retardancy confined to Bs2D0-EN1350-1 standard of 267 cms width and 0.72mm thickness. The above mentioned fabric will be patented and welded with the high frequency welding (HFW) and at the end pockets will be made to slide the kedar profile and will be fixed using special aluminium extrusions at the end of the roof truss. The fabric joints, cable saddles, mast tops and bases, and tensioning mechanisms. nclude scaffolding, wastages, transportation, etc.

Manufacturing supplying and installation of M.S Verical column post using M.S pipe of size 273x8mm, 500x500x20mm base plate with 1800x100x16mm column head plate as rate with necessary joint equipments etc. the cost includes two coat of epoxy over painting coat over Ms work ,loading unloading charges, transportation charges, weldingcharges,dismantling if any needed and redoing the same to original condition etc,comple.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position MS Triangle type Truss using 139x5.4mm hallow section of top and bottom chord and intermediate vertical bracing using 76x3.6mm thick and intermediate inclined bracing using 76x3.6mm with necessary welding charges, scaffolding charges, lifting charges and conveyance charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S purlin truss pipe of 139x4.5mm dia pipe top & bottom chord, inclined bracing 114x4mm thick in correct alignment including labour charges for fixing, by the deptl. Officer. cutting and welding charges etc.,

Supplying and fixing in position M.S column support pipe of 139x5.4mm thick with necessary stiffner plates in correct alignment including labour charges for fixing, by the deptl. Officer. cutting and welding charges etc.,

Supply and fixing Chain link fencing- 2" x 2" using 10 Gauge Galvanised Iron Wire weld mesh including labour charges for fixing and cutting welding charges etc., complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the deptl. Officer.

Supply and fixing of 300 Watts LED Flood light luminaire (Tempo- Max smart bright essential flood light luminaire) at the 9 mtr tubular post at JNIS out door Basketballcourt. ( 2 Courts-18 fittings in each courts).

Supply and fixing of 200 Watts LED Flood light luminaire (Tempo- Max smart bright essential flood light luminaire) at the 9 mtr tubular post at JNIS out door Basketballcourt for the sorrounding areas lighting usage ( 2 Courts-5 fittings in each courts).

Supply and fixing with fabrication of suitable angle iron brackets for the fixing of 3 Nos of LED Flood light fittings on the top of the posts with suitable fixing accessories such as bolts and nuts with painting of 2 coats.

Supply, erection, connecting and commissioning of suitable size floor mounted weather proof panel as per CEIG norms ( The bottom height of 1 Mtr from ground level) with necssary foundation channels, etc., The cost shall also including unloading, positioning,with end terminations etc., The Board shall be incorporated with the following:-Incomer-1 No. of 125 AMPS TPN FSU with inter links with outgoing as 2 Nos of 4 way Vertical TPN MCB DB (Double door type) with Inter connections as required with suitable locking facility.

Supply and laying of 3.5 C X 70 Sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 meter putting 0.15 meter layer of sand and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and laying of 4 C X 16 Sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 meter putting 0.15 meter layer of sand and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3 1/2 x70 sqmm PVC LTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 4 C X 16 aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete.

Supply and fixing of PVC Sintex box in size of 12 " x 8 " with with suitable fixing accessories on the tubular post and its consist of 2 Nos 15 Amps S&S combined plug box with neccesary inter connections and end terminations for the plug point provisions.

Supply and erection, testing, commissioning of Power supply Distribution Panel for Flood Light consist of incomer: 250 A TPN MCCB- , outgoing: 125 A-2 Nos ,63A TPN MCCB -4 Nos.With Suitable Busbar and Multi function meter etc. Loc. Security room near Gate No.2.
