SH: Repair and maintenance of Air Conditioners

Providing servicing of 1/1.5/2 /3 Ton capacity split / Window Airconditioner with all necessary material. Job includes checking of performance of unit, cleaning of filters of indoor unit, cleaning of outdoor unit with blower, checking of electrical connection of indoor as well as outdoor unit as per specification AP-SER at site as and when required.

Dismantling existing unservicable Rotary Compressor of air conditioner ,1.5 TR capacity and replacing it by new one of same capacity with guarantee for one year. ( Rates are less of U/S compressure i.e Dismantal compressure will not be taken back by NSG)

Dismantling existing unservicable Rotary Compressor of air conditioner, 2 TR capacity and replacing it by new one of same capacity with guarantee for one year. ( Rates are less of U/S compressure i.e Dismantal compressure will not be taken back by NSG)

Providing brazing to copper pipes and checking leakages in the split/ window unit duly with dry nitrogen pressure in an approved manner

Providing and replacement of unservicable Starting/ running Capacitor for air conditioner unit . (Dismantal material will not be taken back by NSG)

Providing and replacement of unservicable PCB for air conditioner unit as required. (Dismantal material will not be taken back by NSG)

Repair of faulty PCB for A/C unit as required. (Circuit repair)

Providing and fixing of new fan motor for condensor for air conditioner unit as required. ( Less of U/s outdoor fan motorl cost).

Providing and fixing of new fan motor for Room unit for air conditioner unit as required. (Dismantal material will not be taken back by NSG)

Providing and fixing of new fan blade outdoor unit for A/C unit as required. (Dismantal material will not be taken back by NSG)

Providing and replacement of blower of indoor unit for air conditioner unit as required. (Dismantal material will not be taken back by NSG)

Providing and replacement of remote of indoor unit for air conditioner unit as required.

Providing vaccumising the air conditioner system and charging with R-22 refrigerent gas for air conditioner unit

Providing vaccumising the air conditioner system to 200 micron and charging with R-22 refrigerent gas for 1 Ton window/split air conditioner unit.

Providing vaccumising the air conditioner system to 200 micron and charging with R-22 refrigerent gas for 1.5 Ton window/split air conditioner unit.

Providing vaccumising the air conditioner system to 200 micron and charging with R-22 refrigerent gas for 2 Ton window/split air conditioner unit.

Visit charges for attending defective of 1.0 Ton/ 1.5 Ton/ 2.0 Ton Window/ Split type Air Conditioner at site as and when required.

Providing and replacement of Copper condenser coil for 1.5/ 2.0 Ton split type air conditioner as required. ( Less of u/s condenser coil cost).

SH: Repair and maintenance of Ceiling fans

Rewinding of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm with super enameled copper wire including varnishing testing commissioning etc as reqd (Rate are less of U/S copper wire i.e Dismantal material will not be taken back by NSG)

Replace of bearing suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan TATA/SKF/NBC( Rate are less of U/S material i.e Dismantal material will not be taken back by NSG)

Replacement of 2.5 mfd condenser suitable for 1200 /1400 mm ceiling fans ( Rate are less of U/S material i.e Dismantal material will not be taken back by NSG)

SH: Repairing/ maintenance of specialized equipment i.e fire alarm, Lifts, fire fightingm and Motor pump etc

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of addressable smoke detector with base complete as required. Simplex make

Rewinding of 2 HP open well (Submersible) Pump Motor with coated copper wires & overhauling with minor repair etc testing as required. (Rates are less of U/S Copper)

Rewinding of 2 HP Submersible Pump Motor with coated copper wires & overhauling with minor repair etc testing as required. (Rates are less of U/S Copper)

Rewinding of 3 HP Raw Sewage submersible Pump assembly with coated copper wires & overhauling with minor repair etc testing as required. (Rates are less of U/S Copper)

Rewinding of 5 HP three phase electric motor upto 1400 RPM of all type and make with copper wires & overhauling with minor repair etc testing as required. (Rates are less of U/S Copper)

Refilling the following Type and Capacity Fire Extinguisher after proper checking of valve assembly, Handle, Levers, Rivets, pull pins, chains & Keys, spring, valve stems, Nozzel, Discharge Hose, Pressure indicator gauge, painting etc as required

SH: Repairing/ maintenance of U G Cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

3½ X 150 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Supply of 3.5 X 25 sq. mm rating solid/ stranded aluminium conductor XLPE insulated armoured cables of 1.1 KV grade as required ( Polycab/ Finolex/ Havells / ISI).

Supply of 4 X 16 sq. mm rating solid/ stranded aluminium conductor XLPE insulated armoured cables of 1.1 KV grade as required ( Polycab/ Finolex/ Havells/ ISI).

Find out defect/ fault in under ground cable through cable fault detector machine as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (Havells/ Standard / Finolex/ HPL/ Polycab/ Kolors Wires) Group- C

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required.Group C

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connections etc. as required. ( Roma/Cona/ C&S/ Toyama/ISI)

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providng and fixing 2 nos. 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 2 nos. 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and fixing 40 watt LED decorative post top for garden and landscape lighting with IP 65 protection make CG model LPTO-40-CDL equivalent in havells /phillips/wipro or as per approved by engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of 50 mm dia,2.0 mtr length, medium class GI pipe for installation of Garden light with 5' x 5" FRP Box with cover,connector block including connection with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor for light,painting of GI pipe etc completed as required.
