Disconnecting / Opening of existing earth conductor of GI wire / GI Strip / Copper Strip etc.from the main switch board / Eqipment / test point of OTM / Married accn for testing of earth value / resistance through Digital Earth Testing Meter / Equipments as required at site and as per site condition and Record the earth resitance value of each earth pit / location wise and connecting the same after testing.

Supply and fixing in repair GI tubing medium grade 25 mm dia in trenches for earth strip protection laid in floors/ wall etc.

Supply and fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for earth strip protection laid in floors/ wall etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of existing copping of earth chamber / Street light poles and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Earth conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required and the size is 32 x 6 mm Gaivanised Iron strip

Repairs to Earth Test Point by removing wornout rusted sheet metal box and S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos , 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw on the wall and all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to Up-routed lightning conductor (GI / Copper Strip) by removing the wornout Porcelian Insulators from the wall and S&F new porcelain insulator with clamps and GI Screws along with existing GI / Copper strips on the wall and all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to Copper Earth Strips by Brazing ( Gas welding) the joints in the place of nut&bolts and all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to GI Earth Strips by welding the joints in the place of nut&bolts and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x600mmx 6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means of bolts,nuts,check nuts and washers,earth wire protected with and including 40 mm bore medium grade ISI marked GI pipe not less than 7.5 meters long all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule part-1, with and including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 kg per sqmtr with handle and angle iron frame, watering arrangement with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with wiremesh, filling with mixture of common salt and charcoal, necessary excavation, refilling, removing away soil and earth work in any type of soil, including test point, testing and commissioning complete and all as specified and as directed.

Supply instaltion testing and commissioning of maintenance free and enviroinment friendly earthing complete with earth electrode set comprising of low carbon steel rod 17.2 mm dia and 3000 mm long molecular copper bonded for a thickness of 250 microns, with an exotheramically welded copper clamp and 1 bag of 30 kg loresco powder set carbon based environment friendly backfill compound and suitable copper clamp connected to coppler earth lead strip of size 20 mm x 300 by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of tinned copper / brass in addition to brazing of all joints and earth strip protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade including on test point for testing purpose and connected to switch / control board upto 7.5 mtr away from earth work , PCC (1;3:6) type C1 chamber and MS sheet 5 mm thick with hinges to cover the chamber including painting and wiritng the earth value on the MS sheet cover all as applicable and as per the specification given by manufacturer all as directed. Note: more than 7.5 mtr of earth strip GI pipe shall be measured and paid separatly.

M & L for repairs to earth pit chamber by cleaning and removing all foreign materials from the pits, improvement to earth pits by adding adequate salt water into the pits to achieve desired earth resistance results, connecting the broken earth leads with strips/wires etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chemical Earthing with copper Earth plate 900x600x5 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.50 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.6 mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper earth lead strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of tinned copper / brass in addition to brazing of all joints including excavation and eatth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection to earth lead including charcoal dust 200 Kg, common salt 200 Kg and Megnisium Sulphate 150 Kg , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 used 20 mm graded stone aggregate in chamber and mild steel angle Iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 3 mm and 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar both ways at 100 mm C/C PGI funnel and wire mesh 25 mm bore GI pipe light grade for waterning including necessary earth work and testing complete. NOTE: (I) Earth plate shall be laid in vertical plane such a way that shorted side remains vertical. (ii) Earth plate shall have minium cover of 300 mm thick of charcoal / salt on all sides including top and bottom. (iii) Charcoal and salt shall be laid in alternate layer of 150 mm each with total eight layers (each 4 layer of charcoal and salt). (iv) the earth test point of Gun metal / phosphorus bronze shall be located all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to old broken / damaged steel earth pit cover by replacing MS sheet cover 5 mm thick with iron angle frame including fabrication with lifting facility and fixing on existing earth pit as per site requirement all as specified and directed
