Surface excavation in Hard/dense soil n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.50 Cu. M, getting out in Hard/ Dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 100m & making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and in area not exc 10sqm on plan, n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) in any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B', old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement sand plaster in 2 coats 12mm and 8mm thick over the brick work in 1:4 cement sand mix admixes with integral waterproofing compound @ dosage of 200 MI per Bag of cement with a rough finish to receive finishes etc it etc complete (make : Dr fixit pidiproof LW+equivalent product by STP/Fosroc)

Preparing new plastered external surface of wall and applying 2 Coats of Acrylic elastomeric exterior waterproof coating (Dr. Fixit Raincoat or of equivalent make mentioned in list of manufacturers herein after) with extra coat on rain lashed walls, dead walls, projections & Parapet wall top on primed surface with Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer (Dr. Fixit Primeseal or of equivalent make mentioned in list of manufacturers herein after) diluted with 50% water. Work shall be executed by engaging the approved applicator of the manufacturer and as approved by GE.

S&F Steel work in tubular roof trusses as in main post, vertical member etc including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1998 grade St-240 & steel painted one shop workshop before fabrication complete all as specified.

S&F Rolled Mild steel in main and cross beams ,hip and jack rafter ,purlins where connected to commom rafters and running rails and guide for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410 Gde E-250, Qality A

Plates (plain or chequered ) channels , square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachement.

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- Painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring of pathway complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for providing pre cast Machine pressed cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs stones,quoin blocks,kneelers,apex stones,pier caps,boundary pillers,ancho-rage blocks,corbels etc and including fixing and setting in mortar complete with joints to match all as per manufacturer instructions etc.

M& L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast paver block M-35 grade laid over sand cushioning after consolidation set and levelled the paver block on proper level with inter locking and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment etc.complete all as specified and as directed Note: sand cushion will be measured separetely.

Supply only sand cusion for paver blocks

M&L cement filleting in CM 1:4, sectional area n.exc 25 sq cm in repair complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) concrete as in Coping & Floor finished etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble uncoarsed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted,built in CM 1:6

M & L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing (not exceeding 40mm depression) to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) typr B-1 block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specifed and directed. .

M & L for Rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of Stone, brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement

M&L for applying one coat of exterior grade primer of approved make and two coats of exterior grade weather resistant anti algel, antifungal acrylic latex paint of approved make & shade on walls and other places as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Rate inclusive of necessary scaffolding, trestels, ladders, cradles etc required for execution of work)

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed(ISI Marked) any length with rubber ring joints , complete fittings etc fixed to Retaining wall ,weep hole etc, complete all as specifed and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed as in soils.
