Dismantling and taking up bend/rusted PCC/Steel tubular pole by breaking PCC ,staking at site or shifting to MES store yard. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dsmantling and taking down unserviceable HT/UG /AB cable from pole or in trench complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repalcement of Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of two coats of Aluminium Paint over a Coat primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repalcement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 meters long) and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer,the embeded portion shall be applied with two coats bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC & Earth work will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L in replacement of switch Air Break Gang Operated for 11 KV grade, Triple Pole vertically mounted having 12 insulator/15 insulator and fitted on steel frame suitabe for, current rating 400 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism consisting of Operating Rod of GI Pipe 25mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable Length worked From Ground Level and with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including Expulsion Fuse, Single Pole, Channel type/ drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 50 to 100 Amps including taking down unservice-able Fuse , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing, comissioning in replacement of HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing, commissioning in replacement of HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 33 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Item No. 12 & 13 Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Dismantling and taking down any type of transformers indoor/outdoor,by disconnect HT & LT connections from plinth/ platform/ pole mounted and shifting to workshop Draining out all the transformer oil, dismantling and inspection of transformer core and winding including taking out burnt out winding/insulation of LV / HV coils in the presence of the authorized rep.. and rewinding the damaged core wih suitable gauge of copper winding wire winding, drying out in Heat chamber till specified IR values are obtained and providing new insulation materials, gasket, nuts , bolts, checking of leakages and rectifying the same by welding etc and conducting all tests as per IS 6792-1972 as specified, for transformer , complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) LV/HV bushes, winding,Silica gel ,breather etc will be measured and paid for separately (ii) While removal of the core care shall be taken not to spoil the transformer oil and required filtration including topping up shall be carried out, which shall be measured and paid under respective items of schedule.for carry out repair (rewinding) works as directed and reinstall back in original location including re-connection of HT & LT supply system including testing complete all as specified and directed. for the following capacity.(Note spare items required for repair including rewinding will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch.

50 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of burnt out/ damaged LV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass LV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed for 50 KVA - 400 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of burnt out/ damaged HV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass HV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed for 63 KVA - 400 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dehydration / Filtration of transformer oil by using Filter Plant and till obtaining the oil dielectric strength 60 KV including topping up of transformer oil to the required level in various transformers located outdoor / indoor sub stations complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- (i) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately) (ii) The dielectric strength should not be less than 45 KV.

M&L for topping up of new low viscosity transformer oil from sealed drums confirming to IS 335-1993 Part-II after testing the correct dielectric strength up to 60 KV duly de-hydrated complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of transformer of 50 to 400 KVA , 11/0.433 Volts capacity transformers by scrapping with steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer (painting shall be done by spray machine) including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for Pole, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out of soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No: 34 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting to steel tubular pole 11.0 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel silver up to below 1.5M from Top edge and 1.50 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and red strips and remaining portion with alluminium paint incl numbering of pole no by stensils and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairing and servicing two/four pole structures comprising of following works :- (a) Dismantling the ACSR jumper connection from Air break Gang operated drop out fuse end lightening arrestors etc from the two/four poles structures, replacing the complete jumpers in to new with ACSR conductors including connecting with suitable thimbles connections/binding/PG clamps and providing monoplast compound over binding/thimble connections b) Removing the complete rusted bolts, nuts and washers and replacing with new bolts, nuts and washers (c) Disconnecting the AB switch knives cleaning and servicing by lubricating the moving parts terminals with petroleum jelly. (d) Cleaning the exposed surfaces of two pole structure complete and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

S&F in ground PCC cable route indicator duly engraved with words "HT Cable" and arrow indicating direction of laying of cable, complete all as specified and as directed. Note. PCC cable route indicator shall be provided at specified distance along the HT cable at all cable joint and turning etc.

M&L for glow sign board of size not less then 2.0 Mtr x 0.6 Mtr x 0.2 M for E/M installation with computerised words printed on PVC board (matter and size of letters as approved by Engr-in-Charge) including fabrication of work, angle iron, electrical connection with suitable copper wire and LED tube light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of green growth and wild grass by manual labour or by machine at electrical installation premises,around the pole,along the fencing,removing rubbish from the site of work and depositing where directed not exc 100 Mtr from the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches to clear the over head lines in the arc of HT over head lines/feeders (including repairing and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of trees branches) and removal of trimmed branches of trees and depositing the same in waste bin inside the campus complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting the existing concrete/bituminious road surface width n.exe 30 cm and making good the surface with 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair complete over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone sggregate over consolidated/rammed earth surface complete all as specified and as directed.
