Making cornice to an average size of (20cm wide and 20cm projection) using brick bats / achukkal with cement mortar 1:2 as per detailed drawing (refer detail-1) and trowel finish in two layers at an average thickness of 25mm with C M 1:4 (one cement : 4 fine sand) and slightly rounded edges, in decorative elements like moulding, cornice, etc. Complete. The rates are inclusive of all materials labour scaffolding etc. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ornamental works 35 to 40mm thick to match with the existing design as per detailed drawing. Using cement plaster 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) in two coats under layer 20mm thick plaster and top layer 15 to 20mm thick cement plaster 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including necessary scaffolding, labour, materials, curing etc. complete work as per specifications as directed by the Engineer - in - charge for verandah circular pillar capital. (The rate including cost of materials, labour and CP etc. complete).

Providing FRP manufactured silver grade shade finished T sections of size 450mm x 250mm with 9mm web thickness and 12mm flange thickness made using of fibre glass mat, rovings and fire retardant grade polyester resin and fixing with required numbers of plastic rivet heads of 30mm dia at 150mm centre to centre (both flange and web) including fixing to ceilings / positions using epoxy adhesives and anchor bolt of required size and numbers.
