Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltrs from mouths of circulating pipes, etc

S & F Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white including PVC seat cover and CP jet, making connections to trap and to flush pipe and fixed in repairs complete all as spd & directed

S&F in repair vitreous china squtting pan "Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm in any coloured with integral foot rest including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor lime, 'S' trap complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:6)on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4)on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound Make : pidilite /sika/ fosroc/stp

M& L for preparation of New treated surface and apply three coat white wash on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and apply two coat of cement base paint to walls.including one coat of cement primer.

Glazed ceramic tiles coloured (Premier quality) of size 450 x 350x7mm thick , jointing in neat cement slurry and pointing in colour cement to match including incl 10mm thick plaster in cm 1:4 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding all as spd and directed.

Demolition of bricks or block masonry (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc (each layer) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified.

M&L precast cement concrete solid buildings blocks type C1 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregates ) or slabs 10cm thick setting in mortar in CM 1:4 complete in walls all as specified and as directed.
