Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting/filling with 8 to 12 Tonnes Power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 mm thick mixing of Fly ash, Clinker & stone dust in proportion of 1:3:6 (i.e. 10% Fly ash, 30% Clinker and 60% Stone dust) laid in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, laying, watering, ramming and compacting with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 8% and Dry density 97% placed at required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for three layers, 100 mm each & measured as one composite layer of 300 mm after rolling.

M&L for Soling 150 mm (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and considered to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for WBM 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in 02 layers (75 mm thick each layer) WBM, with coarse aggregates (granite trap of basalt type of aggregate) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for two layers, 75 mm thick each & measured as one composite layer of 150 mm after rolling.

M&L for 7.5cm thick compacted thickness WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 paving bitumen at 10 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared WBM surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premixed Bituminous Macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 25 mm thick Mastic Asphalt wearing course of an intimate homogenous mixture on mineral filler, well graded aggregate with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 , prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to requirred level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm mixed with 0.17 Kg per 10 Sqm of industrial bitumen and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debric etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen as per Mix design. The content of bitumen shall not be less than 14% by weight of total mix), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The Mastic Asphalt specification shall be as per Para 516 of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways specifications for Road & Bridge works (Fifth revision) by IRC New Delhi 2013.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, coping ,lintel upto 1.50 m span, cills, kerbs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum, spread thickness in 75 mm, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required as berms, complete all as specified and as directed.
