Design and supply of IP-55 Rising Mains sand witch type with plug-outlets on both side of trunking of following capacity with Aluminium conductor With copper and tin plating throughout the Busbar, TPN with 100% neutral, Class F insulation,1000V , 12 KV impulse withstand voltage, IP 55, 50 hz, housing made from 1.5mm hot-galvanized sheet steel treated according to UNI 10327 and painted with RAL 7035 resins with high resistance to chemical agents including end cover, spring hangers , flange end , supports accessories and complying with IEC-60439 630 amp Rising Mains (SC Rating for 1 Sec-36 KA complete all as specified and as directed. Make Legrand/C&S/ABB or equivalent make specified in tender.

Supply of following capacity end feed unit made of 1.6 m thick sheet steel enclosure dully painted with powder coating to existing rising mains complete with 630 amp MCCB (SC Rating for 1 Sec-36KA.) complete all as specified and as directed. Make Legrand/C&S/ABB or equivalent make specified in tender.

S&F 63 A Tap-off Box with inbuilt connection. on cover (With MCCB. Of panel mounting open execution 415V 50Hz 63 A 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic release Protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make Legrand/C&S/ABB or equivalent make specified in tender.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 metre wide and not exc. 1.50 metre in depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays, etc., getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in Soft/ Loose Soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180Cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & laying in Trenches Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks, kiln burnt, for Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces each 5 mm thickness over or under 10mm rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra lime or cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate mass concrete as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2, 40mm grade stone aggregate as in pole foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting angle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings, gate etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of and frame / support or platform etc of any size/thickness and supply, fabrication and fixing of framed bracket, channel made of mild steel plate/flat/angle iron (of required size ), cut to shape and size, as in valve pit cover /frame/support or platform including two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cms buried directly in ground vertically at a depth of not less than 2.25 Mtrs below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cms thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and protected by medium grade 50 mm dia 5 mtr long and connected to main control panel and GI pipe 20 mm medium grade as watering pipe including funnel, wire mesh, PCC Pit made up of PCC 1:2:4 type C2 and RCC cover 40 mm thick with 8 mm bar 15 c/c including excavation and earth work all as specified in SSR Part -1, 2010.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
