Dismantling fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting any gauage thick ness including Nainital and similar pattern complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section and at any position as in framed work complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, inluding raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down rain water pipes of any size or pattern including all fittings such as bends, shoes etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for .complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, apron layed beded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of RCC Jalli of any thickness of any description complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets as in roofs fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per Item No 14 above but execept asbestos cement sheet.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 4mm thick non-Asbestos fibre cement building board( E-board) false ceiling with board of size 600x600mm and GI Powder coated snap grid frame work complete all as specified and directed including all necessary drilling, cutting to fix electrical items as under:- (a) 40x25x2.0mm thick GI Powder coated angle plugged @ 600mm c/c along perimeter of wall. (b) 36.5x25x1.4mm thick GI Powder coated anodised tee as main and 23.5x26.4x1.4 mmcross runners suspended with 3.0mm dia GI wire suspenders with adjustable clamps(40x3mm of required size) and dash true fastners with rawl plug and screws plugging in RCC slab placed @ 605mm c/c from perimeter of wall. (c) Fixing of 4mm thick non-Asbestos fibre cement building board( E-board) and finished complete NOTE: The complete ceiling work shall be done as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on external surface of walls complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer primer including preparationaration of newly plastered external wall surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash including preparation of newly plastered surfaces on internal wall surfaces. complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash to old plastered surfaces on walls including preparation of surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) grade single socketed pipes in any length complete with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends of any radius of 110mm dia complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof slab, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and minimum thickness 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar bedded and jointes grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3, mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specifed and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.0 kg per Sqm and applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous Primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm on plastered surfaces of roof and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) on primed surfaces by forced application method complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-Section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specifed and directed.

M&Lfor providing precast cement concrete Type BO 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4, louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and incl of reinforcement steel complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade I complete all as specifed and directed.
