M & L granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm of screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick on any face of Brick wall or concrete surfaces consisting in two layers i.e. first layer 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and second (top layer) layer 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion of approved tint over a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer by using paint brush / Roller.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on Old external wall surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum Bag using Smart periodical methodology, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge and applying the following:- (a) Applying Wall care putty in two coats 1.5 mm thick each for filling to depression of scraped surface/nail holes/light cracks etc and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as directed. (b) Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion of approved tint over a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer on old prepared surface by using paint brush / Roller. Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of places where using of Mechanical equiment are not posiible.

(b) Two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer by using paint brush / Roller.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
