Civil Foundation for the above Compact Sub Station as per above with necessary concrete, size stones, angles / Channels and plastering works complete in all respects as per OEM Foundation Specification & Drawings.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering GI pipe of 2.7-metre-long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required as per the CPWD specification.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.

HT Cable: Supplying and laying of high tension 11KV cable, Dry Curing & Dry Cooling with true triple extrusion, simultaneously through a single common head, 3 core under ground XLPE (E) cable having stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, screened insulated, insulation screened with extruded semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape, core laid up extruded inner sheathed of GI flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed with specified IS 7098/11/85 with latest amendments. a) 3C x 95sqmm

Servicing of Existing LT panel: Servicing of LT Panel including complete testing of the LT Kiosk, breakers , bus bars, CTs, meters, contactors and all the protection relays. Test reports to be submitted on completion of testing. Reconditioning of the panels with complete cleaning inside /outside the panel and painting of the panel. Paint shade shall be matching the existing panel colour.

Supplying and Fixing 32 mm dia class A GI pipe bracket up to 2.0 meters long bent at suitable angle and fixing to street light fitting of all capacities on rail/RCC/wall/tubular pole, using suitable clamps, bolts, nuts and wiring using suitable capacity wires.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Daylight Occupancy Sensor Switch:- Surface Mount with movement detector & daylight sensing with built-in switch. It will switch off the lights in a room or area when it is vacated or day light is sufficient enough and thus save up to 30% of electrical energy. The Occupancy switch Surface Mount can switch any load upto 6amps, Daylight override- Prevent Automatic switch-ON when sufficient daylight is available in order to create additional power savings. To enable this feature necessary settings are available on the device for adjusting required light level. Device mounting heights between 2.5 and 3.5 meter, for movement detection covering an area of 4 to 5 square meters (desk work) and 6 to 8 meters for larger movements like walking (at 25 deg Cel ambient). "Functions- Automatic controlof lights/electrical load switch ON/OFF automatically when any movement is detected, with adjustable time settings for Switch ON/OFF( 30 seconds to 30 minnutes ).
