Construction of Buildings Design, its vetting/ approval from any Indian Institute of Technology/Any NIT, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Pre-Engineered following Buildings including construction of reinforced cement concrete (R.C.C.) framed sub structure up to plinth and super structure with light gauge steel framed wall and trusses including all finishing work complete in all respect with all electrical installation with Cctv & Lan system, sanitary and water supply, plumbing & other public health services/fixtures including installation of Fire fighting with wet riser system with automatic fire alarm system & fire tank as per NBC normsand 5000 Ltr water and C/o Rain Harvesting Tank 20,000 Ltrs as per attached approved drawing & technical specifications in the RFP with all lead and lifts/including all taxes and other incidental charges, building complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Site Development

Levelling of site and Construction of protection work i.e. construction of Retaining/ Breast wall using Reinforcement Cement Concrete (RCC) according to approved design (confirming to relevant IS Codes ) vetted/ approval from any IIT/NIT and as per the final approval/direction of Engineer in Charge including excavation, disposal of surpuls excavated soil on approved dumping site and material in all lead and lifts/including all taxes and other incidental charges as per attached drawing, specification and direction / satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment will be made on the basises of Retaining structure constructed in cubic contents)

Levelling of site and Construction of protection work i.e. construction of Retaining/ Breast wall using Stone masonary in cement mortar (Coursed rubble masonary (first sort or second sort)) according to approved design (confirming to relevant IS Codes ) vetted/ approval from any IIT/NIT and as per the final approval/direction of Engineer in Charge including excavation, disposal of surpuls excavated soil on approved dumping site and material in all lead and lifts/including all taxes and other incidental charges as per attached drawing, specification and direction / satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment will be made on the basises of Retaining structure constructed in cubic contents)

Design and laying of intelocking concrete Block Pavements having thickness as given below as per drawings and technical specification of MORD 1500 on plain concrete sub base thickness based on SP-20 Pavement Design in approach road and surrounding paths as approved/ directed by Ensgineer-in-Charge with all lead and lifts/including all taxes and other incidental charges, building in all respect and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

For Approach Roads and Parking (80 mm thick Paver Block of grade M-40 or above as per design)

External Electrical Work

Providing and fixing street Lights of nos. as per drawing including fixture and SL, as per CPWD specifications and approved by engineer-in-charge. Making required connections to Building.(Installation, testing and commissioning of prewired,HPS / CDMTT 70/150/250/300 /LED Luminaire including supplying, complete with wiring with 3 x 2.5 sq mm wire and all accessories as required.)

Septic Tank

Construction/Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of septic tank including civil work, etc for the building/campus. Plant size up to 20000 LPD with sewer line/manhole from building to tank and carriage of material in all lead and lifts/ including all taxes and other incidental charges as per drawing, specification and direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
