Periodical maintenance for the following capacities lifts at various bldgs:- Note : (a) Cost of the comprehensive maintenance incudes all minor consumable repairs/replacement of spares/parts like grease, lubricant oil, cotton waste thimbles, small pieces of cables, cable lugs, bolts, nuts, washers, emery papers and like sundry items and supply and fix all types of minor spare parts shall be deemed ot be included in the quoted in unit rate. (b) The comprehensive maintenance to be carried out by Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) or any authorised service partner only. (c) All break down and repair shall be attended by OEM as and when fault / trouble accurs in the lift and the complaints should be addressed within 04 hours and minimum 01 inspection shall be carried out by the OEM monthly. All safety tests should be carried out by OEM and report to be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge. (d) The replacement of spares/parts measured and paid separately.

Repair/Maintenance of EOT crane/EOT flame proof cranes and HOT cranes of any type like Wheels, Girder, Wire rope, Hook block, Hook, Bumper, Walkway, Trolley, Hoist, Hoisting motor, Hoisting gear, ropedrum, loadbeam, buffer, LT & CT etc., identifying and replacing the defective components like power contactor, push button/switches, flexible geared coupling, bimetal over load relay, thruster break oil, steel wire rope, copper conductor PVC cale of suitable size, main hoist steel wire rope gear box mechanism/spares, HRC fuses and etc,. Cranes of any make and model of various spans for the following capacities all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) The rate against the above mentioned items is deemed for cost of labour only. (ii) Cost of spares like contactor, push button/switches, flexible geared coupling, bimetal over load relay thruster break oil, steel wire rope, copper conductor PVC cale of suitable size, main hoist steel wire rope gear box mechanism/spares, HRC fuses replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separetely under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below.

Periodical examination, normal and routine maintenance including cleaning/greasing & oiling of all wherever applicable parts like Wheels, Girder, Wire rope, Hook block, Hook, Bumper, Walkway, Trolley, Hoist, Hoisting motor, Hoisting gear, ropedrum, loadbeam, buffer, LT & CT etc., corrective maintenance of trouble free working of all electrical connections in panels/wiring/contactor/drive/fuse link/MCB, Terminal, Bus bars testing and functioning of all parameters like CT/LT and Hoisting checking and functioning of gear box, push buttons/station limit switches on both of CT & LT, radio remote control switches also included topup gear oil/lubrication system & greasing of all ratating parts wherever applicable, repair and replacement of spares in place of old unserviceable items of EOT cranes/EOT flame proof cranes of any model of various spares for the following capacities and all as specified and directed.
