Note:- 1. Sum total rates quoted in 1.01 to 1.04 will be taken for evaluation of L-1 Bidder. 2. CMC will be applicable on Fabrication and Major Medical Equipment Only whose cost of them equipment is above Rs. 50000/- (Excluding Taxes). Those Medical Equipment whose cost is below Rs.50,000/- (Excluding Taxes) will considered Minor Equipment and will be replaced/Repaired under 3 Year Replacement Warranty as per Terms & Conditions of DNIT. List of equipment whose cost is more than Rs. 50000/- must be enclosed in the technical bid.
