Cleaning of PVC /RCC Water tank at any height ( on accessible/inaccessible roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud ,any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance, algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank by draining / pumping out water/sludge from bottom and other growth from wall/ floor by high pressure cleaning method with jet set, vaccum machine and again cleaning the tank with fresh water and disinfecting the tank disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical (chlorination). for following capacities of tanks complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary ladder and form work, machinery for pressure cleaning and safety apparatus required for execution of work. Demolition of brick work/stone masonary built in cement mortar incl coping etc complete all as specified including removing of materials obtained from demolition from work site to outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 , using 20mm graded stone aggregate , laid in 1:20 slope in alternate bays as in plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified .

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on ceiling or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall surface complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant, antifungal paint over one coat of acrylic primer on walls, chajjas,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of walls/ceilling and applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant, antifungal paint over one coat of acrylic primer on walls, chajjas,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of walls,Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, fill holes/crackes and match with existing surface and applying one coat of oil emulsion distember complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old painted wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember of approved shade , incl necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantiling and removing sunken slab filling of brick bats/cinder/light weight concrete including plastering on sunken floor/sides of floor slab/tiles of toilets in all the floors including all the water and sanitary fixtures and removing all rubbish/debris outside MoD land as per instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for the suken floor RCC slab including sides to the full extent of sunken portion in upper floor shall be prepared and plastered with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement. When the plaster is cured and dried up, apply a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm confirming to IS 702 over a coat of primer @ 0.70 Kg.Sqm over plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Water proofing treatment to Sunken floor slabe complete as specified bellow and as directed. (a) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (b) Apply a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 702 of the surface area complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 laid in layers of not more than 100 mm thick tamping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded )stone aggregate as padding concrete etc over lean concrete complete all as specified.

Making hole and fixing the metallic packer for injecting hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturer’s instruction. (Avg. 1 metallic packer per sq meter.) NOTE:The Treatment should be carried out through Authorised applicator only

M&L CORESEAL 357A/ CORESEAL 357 CAT for carrying out non destructive waterproofing treatment of some portion slab, by using construction chemical methods such as, 1)HYDROPHOBIC PU GROUTING Incl, cleaning of surface with wire brush detecting the sources of leakages. NOTE:The Treatment should be carried out through Authorised applicator only

M&L for second course injection of CORESEAL 135A/ CORESEAL 135B Make : Build core chemicals or equivalent NOTE:The Treatment should be carried out through Authorised applicator only

Tiles Joint re-grouting and Chemical Cleaning Carefully washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferably of M/s. Bal Endura, M/s. Pidilite or equivalent Cleaning again with fresh jet water, Scratching the joints and filling the same with epoxy tile grout of M/s. Bal Endura, M/s. Vegitation clearance (plants ,shrbs,bushes are grow upwards vertical surface of walls ,duct area ,etc of any height and in any position including all necessary saftey precaustions of ladder,scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as diriected by Engineer -in -charge .

Dismantling of cast iron/PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortor and taking out of trenches/walls with all acessories if required 100/75 mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified.
