COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION & MAINTENANCE Of Existing Prefabricated packaged/Portable Container based WWTP of 25 KLD capacity and all other allied works/structures etc. The O & M includesdaily operation of STP including all cost of labour, consumables, chemicals, repair/replacement of E & M parts, Deployment of operators and technicians, Regular cleaning of screens, tanks, channels, pipelines, and dewatering of sludge from sludge holding tanks to sludge drying beds, Refilling and monitoring of MBBR bio-media, logbook maintenance, flow meter maintenance/replacement whenever required, Compliance with environmental norms, including assistance during site visits/inspectionsetc. as required all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. Payment to agency shall be released on quarterly basis on pro rata bases. No payment shall be made on account of any escalation of prices. Duties during O & M, plant shall be run 24/7. Testing of treated water quality as per CPCB/SPCB norms on quarterly basisor as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. The scope of item includes comprehensive maintenance for the STP including all spared supply and consumables. Non-compliance of O & M requirement shall make the agency liable for recovery from the security deposit/performance guarantee and/or BG with DDA
