Providing M.S. Piano hinges ISI marked IS : 3818 finished with nickel chromium plating grade 1 as per IS: 1068 and fixing with necessaryscrews etc., complete. a) Overall width 35 mm

Providing and fixing oxidised M.S. casement stays (straight peg type) with necessary screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) a) 250 mm weighing not less than 280 grams

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : a) 250x10 mm

Providing and fixing 25 mm diameter fency S.S. curtain rods of approved design with required number of brackets fixed with stainless screws and wooden plugs etc. wherever necessary along with end caps all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 100 mm M. S. handles in steel glazed windows with necessary nuts and bolts etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge:

P/F fly proof galvanized S.S. wire gauge to window / door shutter using galvanized. S.S. wire gauge with avg. width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm with required nails, screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. a) Old work (Two or more coats)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. a) Two coats.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. a) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work.

French spirit polishing : a) One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : a) Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of Pelmet & curtain rod by providing and fixing missing parts such as brackets, side lattoo, pvc sleevs screws etc all complete as per directin of Enginee-in-charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead: a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to side hung steel window leaves of size upto 600x1200mm approx. against improper functioning including replacing the existing faulty hinges by box type hinges, making good the jambs and soffits for free movement of window leaves complete as per of direction Engineer in charge.
