Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels for Super Structure.

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1:1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg : silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand : 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm, after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used) Note: Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant item.

Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor confirming to IS:1786.

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses, structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials confirming to IS:2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Notes: 1. Structural steel confirming to IS 2062 shall be supplied. 2. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 3. Welding Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Advani Oerlicon / ESAB India & D&H of specified suitable grade or equivalent make shall be used. 4. Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. 5. Rate inclusive of all consumables like GAS, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials confirming to IS:2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Notes: 1. Structural steel confirming to IS 2062 shall be supplied. 2. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 3. Welding Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Providing and fixing hand rail using 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes of approved size and make and quality by welding, mirror / matt polishing, fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, specifications. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Anchor fastner HST stud type including drilling in concrete as per requirement for fixing Eps or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings and as directed by EIC. HST stud type M-12X115 mm long Note : Tentative / suggested make for guidance of the bidder(s): M/s HILTI System make or equivalent for Anchor Fastener material.

Lead charges for Lead of debris beyond 4 KM but up to & including 30 KM by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. Note: The rates in respect of this item are applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 30% in respect of debris from corresponding STACK / TRUCK Measurement.

Preparing the existing water proofing by making it slightly rough by grinding the same by mechanical means and cleaning the surface, removal of polycon net etc. and to make it free from all unwanted dust, loose material and other contaminants that may damage the water proofing treatment complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces, chajjas etc. consisting of following operations: (i) Injecting the top slab as required with cement and approved water proof compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey combs etc.in the concrete slab, setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water & continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall upto a height of 300 mm in the shape of vatas, finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (using river / crushed sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including mixing 'polyster fibre of approved make' at the rate of 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300 X 300 mm square, 3 mm deep (v) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 2 weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying cold liquid Polyurethane waterproofing system having following layers: (a) Primer / base coat: Providing and applying (Pre-Measured Packed) silver grey coloured 2 (two) component solvent free, odourless, Epoxy-based Primer with excellent adhesive property on the clean and grinded surface/substrate. The substrate can be slightly moist (in concrete, the moisture must be less than 20 %), sound and free from any material that would hinder good adhesion. Mix component 'A' into component 'B' in ratio of 1: 0.16 by weight thoroughly with a clean stirring stick. The mixture should be of uniform colour & free from streaks and be applied evenly with roller. The primer should be completely dry for further application of liquid applied polyurethane based membrane/ coating. The consumption, depending on the nature and condition of the substrate for priming, should be within the range of 250 – 400 gm/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. (b) Top coat: Providing and applying cold liquid applied waterproofing based on highly flexible solvent free single component Polyurethane system and special needle punched non woven, system compatible polyester fleece of minimum 120 GSM as reinforcement. The cold liquid applied reinforced system shall have high crack bridging property and shall be UV stable, solvent-free, Cool Roof system. Application procedure: (i) Stir the material well before use. (ii) 2/3rd of the waterproofing mix material to be applied on the primed substrate and the special polyester fleece of min. 120 gsm to be rolled with roller including removal of air bubbles with an overlap of min. 5 cm. (iii) The remaining 1/3rd of the waterproofing material to be poured onto the surface until complete saturation is achieved. The layers should be applied on wet surface of earlier coat and there should not be any time lag during the laying of the system. (iv) After curing, one coat of material approx. 300g/sq.m. to be applied after 24 hours. (v) The total system of waterproofing for material and components shall be procured from single manufacturer. (vi) The total thickness achieved from the application should be from 1.4 to 1.7 mm. (vii) The total consumption of mix waterproofing depending on the nature, porosity and condition of the substrate should be in the range of 2.3 to 2.7 kg/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. Specifications/Technical Parameters: The tensile strength of the membrane shall be min. 8.60 N/sq.mm and Elongation at break with fleece shall be min. 83.0 % (with fleece). The Tear Resistance of the membrane shall be min. 41.0 N/mm, Solar Reflection Index (SRI) Value of membrane shall be min. 100, Degree of solar reflectance of the membrane shall be min. 85% and adhesive strength shall be min. 2.40 N/sq.mm. etc. Note : The contractor shall provide min. 10 (ten) years Leak Proof Performance warranty for the complete waterproofing work. Providing and applying cementitious based crystalline waterproofing system : (i) Cleaning the Surface with wire brush, high pressure water jet to remove dust, dirt etc. (ii) All Honeycombs/ loose concrete shall be treated using low-shrink cement mortar. The construction joints shall be chased open and filled with high strength polymer mortar and to be grouted with cement slurry by fixing PVC nozzles at distance of 2m c/c. (iii) Applying cementitious based crystalline slurry in two coats on Raft, Retaining wall or RCC structural member from Inside (negative side) and on terrace slabs from outside in order to form insoluble gel crystals that penetrate deep into the concrete to permanently block the capillaries and minor cracks up to 0.3mm width. The Crystalline cementitious waterproofing treatment shall remain water- resistant even under pressure when tested in accordance to DIN 1048 and at the same time allow the concrete to “breathe” by allowing the passage of water vapor out of the structure. Internal Waterproofing Treatment: Providing and applying 2 coats of Polyurethane resin based solvent free, thixotropic coating after mixing the two components. It shall be applied in two coats by roller only @ 1.4 kg/sq.m. (0.5 kg/sq.m. in 1st coat and remaining in 2nd coat). 2nd coat shall be applied in between 6 to 24 hrs of completion of 1st coat. The coating shall have solids content of 100%, Elongation of 100% & Tensile Strength >10Mpa as per ASTM D412, Hardness >40 as per ASTM D 2240, Hydrostatic Pressure resistance of 5bar as per EN12390, Adhesion to concrete >1.5Mpa as per ASTM D7234 and Water Absorption <0.5 % as per ASTM D570, Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA for potable water contact all as per manufacturers' specification, etc, complete. The system includes base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials,injection grouting at all construction joint areas with cement slurry admixed with positive expansive additive, proper coving between slab and wall junctions using polymer modified mortar and priming the surface with water based primer at 200 grams/Sqm, followed by the application of waterproof coating. Notes : 1. The water proofing treatment is to be Guaranteed for bone dry condition for a period of 10 (Ten) years. 2. Mode of measurement will be actual area treated. Providing and fixing of Packer with S.S. Nozles as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the horizontal and vertical surface, chasing and opening the construction joints, cracks, honeycombing area and grouting the surface with low viscosity liquid Epoxy Grout as per manufacturer's specification including cost of all types of required tools, tackles, machinery etc.and cleaning the floor surface with required thinner & oils etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing & fixing in position heavy duty butterfly valve with Wafer type, without lugs suitable for clamping between flanges as per ANSI B16.1 etc of approved brand or equivalent conforming to IS:13095 including testing for 10kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc. as per specification.

Dismantling of RCC works carefully manually without damaging adjacent structures excluding cutting of reinforcement including stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply of manpower for carrying out shifting and re-arragement works of furnitures, equipmets, instruments etc. with necessary safety precautions and also seasonable departmental work alloted by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Personal protective equipmets for labours shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost. By using Un-Skilled Manpower. Deployment: The contractor shall deploy un-skilled worker for each job for 8 ½ hours for one day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period.

Providing and painting walls with (Two coats) of approved shade of high build protective, elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint of approved make of required shade, minimium dry film thickness of 250 microns acheived in two or more coats / as per manudacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush, scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of Electric pipe threading machine for GI and MS Pipe of size 1/2" to 4" (15 mm to 100 mm) with all accessories such as BSPT Die set- 1/2"-3/4"-1" -1 set, 1"-2"-1 set &2.1/2"-4"-1set, Machine stand, threading machine oil - 2 ltrs, screw driver, L-key set, Oil container etc. Machine shall be of voltage 230/380 V, speed 22RPM, power 750W etc. complete including all as directed by Project Engineer / Engineer In Charge.
