Repair to pot holes not exceeding one sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm using bitumen grade VG-10, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm using bitumen grade VG-10, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings,6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and cippings) depth of potholes exceeding 30mm, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using (bitumen grade VG-10) over black bitumenous surfaces complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing Premix bituminous macadam using HMP laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder with paving bitumen VG10 minimum 4% by weight of total mix all as specified (consolidated thickness 75mm or less). Note (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix from Govt Approved Lab /Govt Engg college as approved by GE. (ii)The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during desing mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the government.

Material & labour for bituminus premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-10 by weight of total mix from hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with pnuematic vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Bituminous premix carpet will be laid by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver only. (ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (iii) The binder content specified is minimum. Financial effect of any plus variation in binder content during design mix at site shall be borne by contractor without any extra cost to the government.

Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturer's instructions etc. complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (size 150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make-DA 850 GP of DARK EYE or equivalent of GINNEBO/YASH as approved by GE.

Supply & fixing in repair road ultra mind convex mirror for road safety of size 900mm dia fixed with stainless steel pole of size 75mm dia duly grouting in PCC 1:2:4 base of minimum height 1.75m complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Green lite / Dark Eye / Sinor.

Material & labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exc. 10 cm on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of sign board of stainless steel retroreflective sign board to be fixed/pasted on both sides of stainless steel (1.2x1.2m) plate 5 mm thick duly welded in frame including frame of stainless steel pipe 50 mm bore, height of sign board 2.1 m from ground level and 0.5 m below ground level to be embedded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (size 300 x 300 x 500 mm), complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
