PROVISION OF APPROACH ROAD AND ASSOCIATED WORK BETWEEN DEER PARK AND PUMP HOUSE NO 2 AT AF STN MEMAURA

Surface excavation soft/loose soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soil complete all as specified and directed

M& L for rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting with vibratory power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne all as specified and directed.

M/L for soling (or sub base) of 150mm with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for 150mm thick (compacted) WBM in two layers with coarse aggregate(40mm to 63mm size) or of grading 3 (20mm to 50mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with RR 8 to 10 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or with compressor air blower to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @10 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for putting premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with VG-30 graded paving bitumen (4% by weight of total mix) to meet the disired requirement as mentioned in Particular Specification, mixing bitummnious concrete in hot mixing plant, laying and spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by 8 to 10 ton vibratory road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or with compressor air blower to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 @5 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % binder content by wt of total mix paving bitumen (VG-30) viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver, and rolled to uniform smooth suface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and all directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i)The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE/AGE(I) before commencement of work.

Supply and fix cat eye reflective type of ABS body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for providing and laying 1.5mm thick hot thermoplastic road marking paint for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide of white/yellow colour in uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause no 803 of MOST specification incl. cleaning of road surface, heating the material within specified temperature limit as marking with all arrangement required for proper completion of work all as directed.
